I was just wondering since John Cena just lost his newly won wwe championship to Randy Orton at Hell In The Cell. Would it really be a bad thing if he actually won it back in like 5 months and have a long title reign.
The belt really does not mean as much as it did in 2007 2008 when he actually held the belt and in my opinion the Intercontinental and United states and Ecw world title mean way more then it. Because the simple fact that they are really not flipped around every 2 weeks or 2 months like the wwe title is.
I mean eventually the wwe creative team is going to need to figure out a way to make that belt seem important again. If they don't do something soon to bring back its prestige which some can argue that the prestige was lost a long time ago it wont mean anything and when the young stars or new champions like Jack Swagger The Miz or even the money in the bank winner who ever that maybe is wins it wont mean as much as it did for stars like a Jeff hardy Randy Orton etc.
I mean it does not need to be John cena it can be randy Orton or hell it can even be triple h even though the iwc hates those wrestlers in the main event.
So what do you think wwe creative should do to make that belt mean something again should they give stars like randy Orton or John cena a real long run with it and ignored all the fans like they usually do until the belt means something again. Or should they get a rising a star like Evan bourne win it right off the bat.
