Who will be new champion?

Just to say that there is a new legend killer on raw and his name is mr kennedy.
1. John Cena - he was involved with the match on raw that made john cena injured. he should of countered the hiptoss or sumfin
2. Bobby Lashley - when kennedy rammed lashley's shoulder in the steel steps, that injured bobby
3. Eddie Guerrero - it was eddie's last match and kennedy was in it
release mr kennedy now so that wwe wont be that screwed up. its mr kennedy who has the bad luck injuring people

Kyle Orton Legend Killer
honestly the only person I could see being champion is Randy Orton. I think Kennedy is too fresh off his return and Triple H if he really wanted it would be champ right now. so thats why Im going with Randy Orton I dont know who hes gonna feud with after he wins the title but Im defenitely hoping it will be Jericho, and the way things are looking with the lack of roster depth theres aa very good chance of that.

Stone Cold surely still has a bad knee and a bad neck, I really can't see him coming back, especially to take the gold. Another Stone Cold match can't be too far away though.
And AJ, as much as I like Kennedy, he is not a Legend Killer. John Cena and Bobby Lashley aren't legends and no one was to know Eddie was going to pass away after his match with Kennedy.

Give it to someone who deserves it. I'll get flamed but I'd give it to Trips. Or possibly Orton. Those are obvious choices and the WWE apparently hates predictibility.

I think that we could see a Orton vs Jeff Hardy match,Hardy is way over with the fans maybe even more then cena,
Orton vs Morrison vs????,i cannot see a heel vs heel for the vacant title,maybe jeff in that match as well,
Orton vs HHH,this of course would have to end up with kennedy or Vince or Umaga costing the game the match,
Orton vs Kennedy,this would be a good match but i think they'd need to add a face in here as well
or typical wwe and we have a battle royal for the title

So nobody shares my opinion, that Survivor Series '98 was a good PPV?...
I would like to see nobody crowned as champ, thus throwing 97% of speculation out the window

Have a KOTR style tournie leading up to Survivor Series and put the winners in the traditional style Survivor team match, having the winner crowned champ. This was done in '98 and I personally think it was a good ppv.
The remaining wrestlers would be Orton and Trips, which would set up for the fued leading into the Rumble.
I do think Kennedy is the best untapped talent in the business, but they need to return to the days when characters progressed naturally. Give him a winning streak, give him promo time besides his entrance. BUILD HIM...give him the belt at Mania.

JBL winning the title would be gold. To me, JBL made Smackdown! great in 2004 as he was highly entertaining and involved in some quality matches, the fatal four way at Armageddon 2004 for example.
Saying JBL held it for long enough when you've got Cena..I can't see how.

because JBL was f'ing annoying as hell, I wanted Cena to defeat him for it, as well as Eddie, Booker, Undertaker, Shannon Moore (lol that was classic) and anyone else who challenged him, I know he brought SD! to new levels but he was so damn annoying, i stopped watching SD!from Survivor Series 04-Royal Rumble 05 when i heard that Cena was gonna win the rumble, even though he didnt, my point beingm JBL was WAY more annoying than Cena could ever be...
He may have been annoying, but can you say that he was entertaining? He received the heel heat which was his aim to receive. Cena is the WWE's number one babyface and he gets mixed reactions because well. He's accomplished more than Cena in that aspect.
Can i ask how you found him annoying?

i just thought of something, that i dont think anyone else has said yet. what if they have a 20 man battle royal, and the winner is someone that you wouldnt expect, and is a true dark horse to win? someone that hides under the ring and likes to strip melina down....HORNSWOGGLE! i wouldnt know what to think if that happened. it would definately be history though.

i dont know if anyone has mentioned it but what if you brought kane over from smackdown to have a mini title run, hes matches are still interesting to watch (e.g his match with mvp in last weeks smackdown), plus this way he can have a mini feud (kane is way over with the fans) with orton for 1-2 months until HHH eventually wins the title around nyr or rr

I think randy orton will win it because we was easily going to get it at cyber sunday but i think the match will be this orton vs hardy vs kennedy vs rey rey becasue i got a feeling smackdown dont wont rey becasue there is nothing to do with him even no i am the biggest jeff hardy fan in aussie i just got a feeling it will be orton.

I want HHH! and no noe else... anyway he deserved it durning past years... He reunited Dx he fought Mcmahon, spirit squad umaga and other foes... He unsuccesfully tried to get title from cena.... and stop talking nonsense that he cannot be champion cause he is fighting umaga that night... This is Show buisiness not reality... if not hhh than HBK.. At this time Raw needs charismatic, professional champ, not somekind of noob like mr.kennedy or jeff hardy(they are good wrestlers but not good champs)..

I do believe that Orton will most likley walk out of No Mercy with the title in hand. However as much as I think that will happen I do have a couple of other choices for who the next champion will be.
Orton: Orton has been on a tear as of late. I wouldn't be surprised to see Orton walk out of NM as the champ simply for the fact that he was the #1 contender and WWE has been leaning towards making him champ anyway.
Mr. Kennedy: I can see Vince rewarding Kennedy for taking the champ out. If this happens it could very easily be Kennedy walking out of NM with the title, however should it be Orton vs Kennedy I think Orton would win that bout. Reguardless, if Kennedy gets involved I can see Vince's bastard son storyline continuing with Kennedy.
Hornswoggle: Vince's son. What else can really be said, he once stole the Cruiserweight title, so I would not at all be surprised if Hornswoggle is somehow stuck into the picture
Edge: Rumors are flying about Edge returning at NM over Survivor Series. This could really kick start the Rated R era with Cena being out. I can actually see Edge and HHH feuding for the title.

I really hope Val Venis gets a shot at the big title, even if its only for a 3-4 month stint. He has been in the WWE for years, through thick and thin. He deserves it, he still gets a big pop when he comes outand his gimmick isnt all that bad either.
Not to mention the fact he is a pretty good wrestler and half decent on the mic, the only thing thats against him is his permanent mid-card status.

I don't see Kane getting the shot seeing as it has been announced he'll be competing in a match at No Mercy (won't spoil for those who don't know yet), so I'd pretty much take him off of the list.. unless is was going to do double duty.

I agree with the Val Venis thing. The WWE is hurting too bad now with all the injuries and Val is STILL someone popular with the fans. It may be a pipe dream, but it would be cool.

Like Val Venis, Kane has stuck around long enough to warrant a decent push with the title gold. Hell, if Viscera can go to ECW, change his name and become a monster heel, I think the CT can at least show the same curtisy with Kane.

I don't know, Orton definitely is at the top of the list, but remember the guy's named has been linked with those with HGH abusage, that's another reason why I seriously doubt Kennedy's going to win it.
But who knows, may be having a HGH abuser as your top man is McMahon's way to the tell Congress to F-off.
