Who Is In Your FAV 5?

Barbedwire Ropes

YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!
We have heard every week on Smackdown and a few times on Raw in the past few weeks the ever so graceful voice of Booker T proclaiming "DAT BOI RIGHT DER MAN, HES IN MY FAV (fave?) 5! OH MY GOODNESS!" He seems to have everyone on the roster in his top 5 list, but the ones he typically sticks with are usually top quality workers.

At this point the question is obvious, but I would love to see who would be the top choices of the IWC/Wrestlerzone posters. So who is in your "Fave 5?" Try to give a few reasons for why you are picking each individual on your list.

My top 5 at the current moment would be.

1. Zack Ryder. He is extremely entertaining, hilarious and getting better in the ring each week. His fued with Ziggler is also helping him a great deal.

2. Dolph Ziggler. I have always been a fan of his but he is really starting to slowly elevate himself to the next level. Great in the ring and improving greatly on the mic.

3. Mark Henry. I've always enjoyed Mark Henry's heel persona but this time around he is being booked properly and comes across as a legit beast. Im not sure who is going to defeat him with Kane, Big Show or Sheamus seeming like the only logical choices, with the latter being the most realistic. Either way his current run has been consistently entertaining.

4. Sheamus. These last two choices I struggled with a bit more since normally CM Punk and Daniel Bryan would be easy choices but both are feeling a bit absent from the spotlight, especially with one recently having a monster push and the other holding the briefcase. I ended up on Sheamus with the lone fact that I'm excited to see how his feud with Christian progresses each week. If I'm looking forward to watching, then you are in my "Fav 5."

5. Jack Swagger. I just have the feeling that something big is going to be happening with Swagger fairly soon. Probably not another WWE/World title run for a while but it seems like Swagger is finally on an upswing and will soon becoming a legit contender for any title in the WWE. Again, Vickie is working magic to revive another person's career.

1. Sheamus - I don't know why, but I really like Sheamus right now.
2. Drew McIntyre - Don't care how little he means right now, he is the most underrated superstar in the WWE today.
3. Mark Henry - Loving his chhampionship reign, but we'll see how long that continues now that Big Show is back (WHY IS HE IN THE MAIN EVENT PICTURE?!?!?)
4. CM Punk - His promos with Triple H are brilliant. End of.
5. Cody Rhodes - Wont be long until he's the world champion. He's doing fantastic right now with a few victories over Randy Orton and the new Intercontinental Championship.

1) Sheamus- Sheamus has been getting alot of love from me lately because he's keeping things fresh and exciting on both Smackdown and Raw. His matches with Christian are great and I'm really looking forward to seeing him snag the World Heavyweight Championship in the next year.

2)Big Show- I absolutely loved the fire that Show brought with him last week on SD, his promo was the best I've seen out from him in years and his destruction of Mark Henry has me really excited for their match at Vengeance.

3)CM Punk- Punk is god, I loved his commentary as short as it was on last monday's Raw and his matches with Del Rio have been impressive. I'm very interested to see him and HHH team team at Vengeance.

4)Cody Rhodes- This boy is on a roll, even though he was eliminated early in last night's battle royal he has made his presence known by attacking Randy Orton the last two episodes and I am loving him more and more every week.

5)Randy Orton- I love Randy, but the reason he's unusually low on my list is that he's been a tad dull the the last two weeks but he keeps on the list by being awesome and winning the biggest batle royal in Smackdown history.

1. Cody Rhodes- Hands down my favorite thing in WWE right now, he has his character nailed to a FREAKING T!!! I smell World champion gold in this guy's future, not to mention the fact he's been bringing back some prestige to the intercontinental championship.

2. Daniel bryan- This guy is obviously in a weird spot right now, on one hand he's the MITB holder, on the other hand he hasn't won a TV match in 2 months....still, he's one of the greatest Wrestler's in the world, and WWE should consider themselves lucky for having him on the main roster.

3. Dolph ziggler- It may because of the way he added the Superkick to his arsenal, but I can see this dude becoming the next generation's "Showstopper" or at the very least the guy who always is aaprt of the MOTN. He's phenomenal in the ring and his mic skills are improving vastly. Me likey.

4. Kofi Kingston- In my honest opinion this guy has the most Un-tapped potential in the WWE, especially as a baby-face. He's exciting, he's athletic, the Kids like him, he's not too bad with a microphone. If thing's keep going well for him, I see big things in his future.

5. CM punk- Well considering that fact that he's GOD, what else do I need to explain?

1.) Cody Rhodes - No one is hotter (no pun intended) than the IC champ right now. He is doing everything right. His gimmick is more than half a year old and it hasn't gotten stale one bit. I hope they book Cody vs. Orton for a lenghty IC title feud and give Rhodes a long run with it as well. He is amazing.
2.) CM Punk - CM Punk. The Pipe bomb specialist. The Cult of Personality. He is number two. I think he was rushed and could be even greater. His feud with HHH should have gone on longer. It's obvious the Nash Storyline has changed, thus hurting Punk the most. But never the less - he is still working miracles.
3.) The Miz - Has had a loss of steam a bit, without any promos for a while, but he is a real favourite. He is an amazing worker. He is great in the ring. He is great on the mic. He evolved from a freaking real world star. He would be nr. 1 if he would have had promos right now. Well, he's back now!
4.) Sheamus - Since the loss of his WWE Title he has been irrelevant untill his move to SD. his USA title run was stupid. But I really like Sheamus as a face. He is a likable guy and they are giving him the right things to say! He's booked great
5.) Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler (tie) - Look in my eyes... what do you see? I'm the broski of the century! #AreYouSeriousBro?! Zack Ryder only on number 5? I would have put him even higher if his TV time was going on for a longer time, but as we can see, he has broken in the top 10 salers list, so he is bound to be good. He is awesome. He is entertaining. He is great in the ring.

I didn't like Dolph for a long time. I didn't belevie in him during his feud with Edge... But Suddenly, when he came to RAW, I like him. I like his gimmick, even though he is a Jericho Ripoff etc. etc. He is great in the ring and on the mic and, when he drops his USA title, he will be ready to jump on to the next level.

1. Cody Rhodes- If any guy who hasn't had a WHC or WWE title run is the future of WWE, he is it.

2. Booker T- Best wrestler turned announcer i've heard in a long long time. He's up their with Macho Man and The King. Booker T and CM Punk would make an unforgettable commentary duo. Too bad their career time lines don't match up. Maybe if we're lucky they'll be calling Raw together in ten years.

3. Mark Henry- He's made the most of his current title run. He's doing the best work of his career and looks like he could tear right through the WWE champ right now.

4. R-Truth & The Miz- Really keeping it interesting with their whole outsiders thing they've been doing. Hopefully we've only seen parts of this story line and the bigger picture has yet to be revealed.

5. Mason Ryan- I know he just returned but, the fact that they seem to have steered away from a Batista rip off, is doing wonders for him. If I remember correct he was even doing the Batista bomb before his injury. The new Finisher looks great, when he first began the move I thought the WWE had stolen Crimsons finisher, but he ends it with a Ura-Nage kind of like Eziekel was doing before the torture rack.

Shoulda just pinned the other Fave 5 thread.

But my Fave 5 in the WWE at this moment are as follows....

1.) CM PUNK - He'll be number 1 til he gets a WWE Championship run worthy of the Greatest Wrestler in the World. Because in the WWE... that's what he is.

2.) R-Truth and The Miz - I've bashed The Miz in the past, but that was when he was an unworthy champion. He has grown leaps and bounds over the course of 2011. I like both of these guys as top heels in the company, and together they're even better.

3.) Sheamus - The man is a beast inside that ring. A straight up warrior. I love to watch it.

4.) Dolph Ziggler - He's pretty fucking good too. His matches are always great to watch, a great talent. I think it's time he moves on from Vickie Guerrero though and Vickie can work with some other heels. Dolph Ziggler Vs Jack Swagger feud for the United States Championship should happen so Dolph can go his own way.

5.) Mason Ryan - I love the energy he brings to the ring. I feel like everyone keeps waiting to deem him a bad wrestler, a botcher.... but we haven't been able to yet.. because like it or not.. he has done a fine job in that ring.

Well First Off Id like to Say I love the Post and Idea of a "Weekly Fav 5", it's about the only witty and creative thing to come from Booker T on comm. That being said I try To pick my weekly fav 5 off of not only who I like overall and who Im currently interested in but also use the WWE.com top 25 and how the supertar is doing(tv time, winning, promo's, making an impact, etc.). So here they are...

1.)TRIPLE H - I CANT BELIEVE NO ONE PUT HIM YET. He's no longer the COO/Raw GM...So He is FINALLY a competetor again(which i was waiting for!)Not to mention teaming w/Punk to come, Beating down Miz and Truth and the almighty return of DX!
2.)CM PUNK - Finally dropped outta number 1 after MONTHS! Still great all around but with HHH back and lack of promo and title picture, he drops.
3.)THE BIG SHOW - Never even been that big of a fan but talk about impact. He has returned and made himself noticed! Seems to get a louder pop than when he left from what I hear too, not to mention back to back chokeslams on the World Champ Mark Henry.(And the one through a table was SICK!)
4.)CODY RHODES - Been prominant in the main story line w/exiles and GM stuff. Also is still reigning IC champ, has still been looking great, and is in a great program(potentially ALOT better) w/Orton.
5.)ZACK RYDER - The Long Island Iced Z, has lost just a tad of steam lately, I think he is still fresh and needs to be seen alot and needs some non-internet gold REAL soon, but looking great still and a victory on SD keeps him at my number 5.

1. Mark Henry - He has done nothing but impress me in the last 5-6 months. He has really picked up game. I'm happy that WWE did not drop the ball on this one. He has kept himself in good shape and his in ring ability is pretty good for a man his size. He is also one of the most believable guys on the mic. His mic skills have been great lately and his character is very believable. To top it off he is the World Heavyweight Champion and his Hall of Pain is growing larger.

2. CM Punk - He's in my fav 5 because he is my favorite wrestler. His mic skills are top notch and his in ring ability is amazing. He has really become a main event player since the summer and he's also in the main event picture. Which might I add he deserves.

3. Zack Ryder - He deserves more TV time and better booking. This guy has forced himself on us and he earned his fans himself. WWE did nothing for him so Ryder took it in his own hands and put himself out there. Because of this he put himself over without the WWE.

4. Dolph Ziggler - He is a former World Heavyweight Champion and the current WWE United States Champion. He has the look of a champion and the ability to do so. HE has really impressed me with his mic work as of late which i believe has massively improved.

5. Cody Rhodes - He promises to bring prestige back to the Intercontinental Championship and I believe he has the ability to do that. His in ring ability and mic skills are great and he has the potential to become a future main eventer. That classic I.C. Title looks amazing too.

My Fve Five include:

5.- Daniel Bryan- he is tremendous in the ring, and he has a bright future ahead of him. He worked so hard to get where he is. Plus, he was trained by my all time favorite superstar HBK.

4.- Sheamus- He has one of the brightest futures in WWE as well. He has the IT Factor to me.

3.- John Morrison- I love his athleticism, and his Par Core ways. I always thought his future on WWE would be great... but ... who knows whats going to happen for him.

2. Zack Ryder- WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT BRO!

1.- CM PUNK- I liked him before he started this "reality era"
He has been my Favorite superstar since i learned that HBK wouldnt last much longer. I became a Punk fan when he was ECW Champion- and i will always be a Chicago Made Punk Fan!

My Signature supports this answer.

WHAT DA HAYEEEEEEEEEELLLLLL - Booker T, 2011

My fave five?

5.John Cena- The guy has done pretty well over the last ppv matches he's been in, particularly MitB and Summerslam. The guy just brings it day in and day out. Gotta respect him. I don't like his gimmick, I don't always like his promos and hell, sometimes the way he is booked just seem ridiculous but the guy shows up for work and gets it done.

4.Sheamus- "This boy right here" (Bookman's voice) has become quite over. He has the potential to join Orton and Cena at the top of the WWE if his momentum goes all the way and if he doesn't get into deep shit w/ the powers that be at the backstage.

3.CM Punk- The guy has always been a great entertainer both in the ring and on the mic but the difference is, this time he was given the opportunity to work with the most OVER guy(In terms of getting reactions from the crowd) in John Cena at the main event scene. That really made him a character that even the little jimmies and jennies would care for(I know that he's always been a golden boy for the older audience).

He's another guy with momentum right now and w/ proper booking, he's bound to join Cena and Orton at the top of the WWE.

2. Awesome Truth- this spot is for the team, not the individuals. They have been entertaining the past few weeks/months. On their own, they're capable performers. Despite their dull return(I blame how it was booked), it doesn't change the fact that they have been one of the most entertaining parts of Monday Night RAW, particularly during Triple H's first few weeks as COO.

1.Mark Henry-Give credit where credit is due. The guy has done his part in making his push work. Also have to give kudos to the creative team for making Henry relevant again. They booked him in a simple manner(Monster heel-type) which really did wonders for Henry's career. I say his current run has been quite solid, and when at times the Conspiracy storyline at RAW seemed like a total mess, the Mark Henry push remained solid and simple throughout which makes it effective.

5. C.M Punk- I both get his hype and don't get it. I do get that he's a good wreslter and can pull a good match out of almost anyone. I respect him for that, but i dunno what it is, i preferred it when he wasn't as much of a talker back when he first started in WWE. I find him annoying the way he goes on and on.

4. Alberto Del Rio- I think he is a good wrestler, along with the fact i find him pretty funny for some reason.

3. Sin Cara (Either or) i find them to both be pretty entertaining all things considered, botches or not.

2. HHH- Good to see he could be back in the ring whether it's full time i doubt it.

1. Mark Henry- In terms of being unstoppable right now he's #1, i prefer the others on my list but he's done a great job at portraying an unstoppable monster.
This is a tough one, so i think i'll leave this as Fave Four.

My Fav five in order of 5th-1st
5: Mark Henry: I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the metamorphosis of Mark Henry into the Worlds Champion and enjoy watching the continued evolution.

4: Dolph Ziggler: Am a huge fan of his in ring style, is the best 'seller' on the card and has a great intensity. A match him and Orton had on RAW couple months back was a show stealer and still leaves an impression on me today.

3: Sheamus: When his Face turn came out of nowhere I was surprised and sceptical, but the guy has made it work and is fast becoming a top guy as a face.

2: Awesome Truth: Loving this storyline, there return was lackluster, however they are still great to watch prior to there 'firing' and hopefully they continue with that momentum

1: CM PUNK: Always been a fan, and now and just stoked to be witnessing him becoming the top guy, has lost a little momentum but I think 2012 will be the year of the PUNK.

cm+punk+wallpaper.jpg

5. Brodus Clay - I know we've only gotten to see him squash jobbers on Superstars, oh and that little run as Del Rio's crony on the run to his title match with Edge at WM27, but I LOVE his look and potential. Looking forward to his debut on Raw or Smackdown.

What I hope happens next: A change of ring attire.

4. Sin Cara (Azul y Negro) - I like the Sin Cara character mostly because he's a luchador and rocks a sweet mask. I thought they were fucking it up when the original guy got suspended but they have recaptured my attention with this whole dueling identity thing. I wouldn't mind seeing Sin Cara end up being evil, thus, becoming the perfect foil to one Rey Mysterio.

What I hope happens next: Decent feud where the end up ultimately realizing that they respect each other and form a tag team. They could be like a yin-yang type thing light and dark good and evil black and blue...?

3. John Cena - Mainstay. I'm like one of the few from my demographic that likes Cena. FU to the haters. Die. Rocky. Die. He's the sole individual that makes everything and everyone he touches RELEVANT.

What I hope happens next: No title wins until Mania. Heel turn. Beat the Rock. Longest WWE Championship reign EVER.....as a heel.

2. Mark Henry - If you look up the term "beast-mode" in the Urban Dictionary it just has a picture of Mark Henry holding the World Title. His look is as scary as it gets. His promos are much improved. When Mark Henry says he's going to hurt someone I believe him. His matches should be him dominating and getting clean wins with the rare exception.

What I hope happens next: He doesn't lose the World Title until WrestleMania at the earliest.

1. CM Punk - Punk's summer promo revitalized my interest in the product. His potential is unlimited. His matches are great if allowed to be. He's the main reason to tune in these days, although, it hasn't been all that exciting lately. Punk is still the face of the future for now....

What I hope happens next: Punk gets in the Rock's face when he shows up and pipe bombs start blowing up.

5) Booker T - Sure he is an announcer in all but he is the freshest thing going on in WWE. He is entertaining, talks about the wrestling going on during the match and he seems to be himself and not forced.

4) Cody Rhodes - Was one of my favorites since he teamed up with Hardcore Holly back in the day. He is a really good wrestler who works his entertaining gimmick very well too. I liked how he has worked it more and more each week. He has what it takes I just hope he gets his chance to shine.

3) Sheamus - He was awesome back during the WWECW days where he was destroying people left and right. He lost all rhythm during his King Sheamus run which really sucked. This guy is improving more and more every time he steps betweens those ropes. He has upped his game in every aspect especially during this face run.

2) Dolph Ziggler - He has been on a role while making the US Title more prestigious every time he walks out from gorilla position. He is one of the best sellers in the business today. His moves are timed perfectly while being very fluid in the ring. He is also making me more interested in Jack Swagger again too. Dolph will hopefully get his time to shine too.

1) Christian - He is my number one because he is awesome. He has been getting better and better with his feud with Sheamus that it is turning out to be a really good feud between the two. He always has good matches while making himself and his opponent look really good. He also has a very nice spear too. Flip the Switch.

My top five are as follows:

#5. John Morrison - I have been a fan of this guy since he came on the scene as Johnny Nitro. He's done pretty much everything except win the WWEC. or the WHC. ( I know he didn't win a Royal Rumble or King of the Ring) His career is in major stall mode and with talk of him possibly leaving soon makes me pissed with the WWE brass. I think he has a ton of potential, probably more as a heel. I think he should be far from the chopping block. WWE needs to look at repackaging this guy better, give him a manager if he needs it like Dolph with Vicky. WWE needs to look at him from a business standpoint and not an emotional standpoint. Forget the whole Melina thing and look towards the future. I still think he is a star waiting to happen and one of the best in ring workers in the business.

Number 4. Dolph Ziggler - This guy has the look, the in ring ability and his mic skills are getting better. I think he can sell injurys, etc, better then anyone in the WWE right now. He has a great manager in Vicky but I would like to see how much heat he can garner on his own. I definetly see him in the WWEC. or the WHC. picture within the next calendar year.

Number 3. Cody Rhodes - I think he has finally come into his own. His gimmick is working, his mic skills are good, he`s great in the ring, and bringing back the old IC. title was a thing of genius. I think he needs a great feud with someone like Orton to prove he is one of the great IC. champions of our time. I see him having a great feud with Orton and within the next calendar year I see him being the number one heel on Smackdown and being WHC.

Number 2. Sheamus - This guy is looking to be Smackdowns new main face, or right behind Orton. (yawn) He has some of the best mic skills in the business. Hes aggressive, hes strong, he knows what he wants and how to get it. His character has become alive and becoming more popular by the day. I have enjoyed his character since he first came to Raw and ended Jamie Nobles career, I think. He has an intensity, sort of like Rhodes only more fierce, that I have seen in some of the greats like Austin, The Rock, Brock Lesnar, and Cena.(not a fan) I see him being the one who takes the WHC. from Mark Henry sooner rather than later.

Number 1. C.M.Punk - The man that looks like he will be the next face of the business when Cena leaves or finally fizzels out. He has amazing mic skills and in ring ability. He has made the WWE interesting and fresh again. He gives me hope that there is a WWE world beyond Cena. He's full of suprises and holds nothing back on the mic, sort of like a modern day Stone Cold. I see him winning the WWEC. either soon or having a build up to him winning it a Wrestlemania 28. I think the WWEs future revolves around this man.

Honorable mention to Mark Henry who is on the role of his career.

No particular order-

1. Cody Rhodes- Guy is delivering. The Cross Rhodes is one of the best finishers in the game. He is extremely athletic in the ring. I hated the whole mask gimmick at first but am growing to love it. He is a very believable heel. I only hope that Orton swallows his pride and they bump him down into a rivalry for the IC title.

2. Dolph Ziggler- He sells out so hard. The guy can sell anything and is one hell of a wrestler. Mic skills are OK, but his in ring performance and overall persona gives him a great opportunity to become a world title heel.

3. Zack Ryder- Hard to praise his in ring skills because all he has done lately is tag team work where he wrestles for 2 minutes total, but he is very athletic. His character is so likable and he is talented enough to successfully be able to change his gimmick on a dime when allowed to do so.

4. Wade Barrett- nuff said. Push this guy already. He is so talented on the mic and in the ring. He had a very successful stint in the Nexus/Cena angle, but his IC title run was brief.

5. Alberto Del Rio- they took a big risk throwing him into the main event picture with a limited resume, but it worked. The guy is a great heel, something the main event picture lacked. He is underhanded and dirty, but backs everything he says and does up in the ring. Very believable on the mic and has a mean side that is unparalleled in wwe. He is a pleasure to watch in the ring, good athleticism, very fluent.

1) CM Punk: despite the WWEs best attempt to fuck up all his storylines I can't think of anything bad this guy has done in the last year. He's on top form just seems to go from strength to strength. Has shattered the idea that a big indie wrestler can't make it in the E. Gone a long way from the guy I saw for the first time in ROH and if I'm perfectly honest would never have predicted this.

2) Rhodes - another guys who's just been on fire this year. He's taken what could have been a fucking awful character and made it something worth watching and caring about. No one saw him as the star when Legacy quit and he's done it so big time props to him for that as well.

3) Mark Henry - on the run of a lifetime and stepping up to the plate every week. If you'd asked me at the start of the year who would be stealing the show at this point he wouldn't have even been in my mind but he's been superb. Showed it's possible to get over shit characters in the past and still be taken seriously

4) HHH blah blah talk about him burying folk etc but there's no doubting the game is one of the best of all time. Christ he just had a live crowd choose to cheer him over near enough the entire roster. Including uber fan favourite JR. He can still go in the ring and I still see him as a major player and quite frankly I don't care about who he doesn't put over because he still entertains me on a weekly basis.

5) Ziggler - this guy has all the potential in the world. There's always been at least one guy in the main event scene who can actually wrestle be in HBK, Punk, Savage, Flair or whoever. I seriously think he can be that guy. He's also one of the best sellers of moves I've seen in a long time.

Honorable mentions:
Ryder - not a fan of the gimmick at all but he's made it on his own back so deserves credit.
Bryan - he's not been given much of a break on TV recently. But anyone who's seen this guy wrestle in the past knows what he's capable of. Still Mr MITB and really hoping the WWE is using this to turn him into a Benoit style heel when he finally snaps.
Sheamus - gone from green as goose shit rookie into one of the most consistent guys on TV. Could use dropping the Irish leprechaun thing at times though.

Funny how I haven't really been impressed with WWE TV recently but I still can't pick only 5 guys that are on top of their game. I guess they're doing something right among all the shit.

5. Evan Bourne - Winning the tag titles gave him some spotlight of his own. I like his fast paced style and high-flying moves. The air-bourne is picture perfect. So I believe he deserved a spot.
4. Cody Rhodes - I liked his current persona. He shown a lot of potential to be a future main-eventer. Feuding him with Orton will further elevate his status.
3. Christian - He may look pathetic now but he always bring up a great match. His match at Sheamus at HIAC was one of the best match I've seen this year.
2. Dolph Ziggler - With Jack Swagger joining him at Vickie's stable, they are a force to look out for. Although losing and have him pinned by Zack Ryder, he is still one of the best heels out there.
1. CM Punk - I certainly don't like him as a babyface. Although he turned one, he hasn't lost his 'pipebomb'. He is really untouchable at mic. No one even gets close to him except for Cena. He is #1 because when he is at the ring and talk, I can't do anything but listen.

Christian. I was never a huge fan of his during his original run in the WWE. I was always more fascinated by Edge. I was growing more curious when he was running around with Jericho, but I just chalked it up to the fact that he had been with Edge and Jericho and he still hadn't proven himself to me. It wasn't until he left for TNA that I started to take notice. Even though I've never really watched TNA, I noticed that he was taking over the company at the time and I couldn't help but wonder why. Then he came back to the WWE a couple of years ago and I realized why. Christian rules.

Dolph Zigler. I still think his name is pretty ridiculous but he has come miles since his days as one of the Spirit Squad. His in-ring work is solid and so are his promos. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do in the future for sure.

The Miz. Now here is a guy who I never thought would deserve the spot he has and I can honestly say that now [as far as I'm concerned] deserves it. I [like a lot of others] hated that this punk from the Real World. I didn't think he'd paid his dues enough to belong on the WWE roster. Of course now he's been an in-ring competitor for several years and in the last year or so he's really come into his own as a heel and a good overall worker. His work with the Big Show and his run as the U.S. champion were just the beginning for me. I'm probably one of a very few people who actually thought his match at Wrestlemania with Cena was... well, awesome.

Cody Rhodes. Since Wrestlemania and his match with Rey Mysterio, Cody has really gotten over with me. He has taken the not-so-dashing angle and really ran with it and I have a lot of respect for that. He's managed to get over as a credible heel without really riding the coattails of his dad or his older brother and I really respect that. Week after week he puts on good matches and delivers solid promos and revealing the old school IC title was just icing on the cake. I am really looking forward to watching his progression over the next few years.

C.M. Punk. From the time he signed with the WWE I was anxious to see what he was capable of. I had heard all these stories about his days in ROH and the indys and I was excited. As far as I could tell, he didn't really have a lot to offer for me in his first couple of years with the company as that bland face. I liked his regimen in the ring but his overall chracter wasn't really doing a lot for me. It wasn't until his heel turn that I really began to take notice. He did some good stuff with the Straight Edge Society and we all know what happened with him as a commentator while he was recovering from injury. His match at this year's 'Mania was a big jump for him in my book [and I know I was late to the dance on this one] but the whole "shoot" promo he did this summer just absolutely blew me away.

1. John Cena - When I first started watching wrestling again, after an almost 11 year hiatus, I originally chose him because he had no tattoos, now I just like him without any particular reason.

2. Evan Bourne - my favorite high flying daredevil, and in my opinion, even better than Jeff Hardy

3. Randy Orton - One of John Cena's best friends

4. Alex Riley - No particular reason, but I've liked him since he ditched the Miz

5. Kofi Kingston - my favorite tag team wouldn't be complete without him.

6. Justin Gabriel - Another good high flyer, I would like to see him join Air Boom

7. Primo Colon - Another good high flyer, I would also like to see him join Air Boom

in no particular order...

1. Bryan Danielson- Loved his work in ROH. I wish he can do the stuff he did there in wwe. Then people will see he's the best in the world. Hopefully they can at least let him use "American Dragon" someday. Maybe one day he will become an awesome heel and cut promos a la CM Punk.

2. Alberto Del Rio- Great Charisma. I always liked wrestlers that use submissions in their repetoire. I love mma and he is a former fighter so that's a plus.

3. Zach Ryder- Very entertaining personality. He was trained by one of my ecw favorites Mikey Whipwreck.

4. Wade Barrett- Man what happened to this guy's push? Hopefully he gets it back one day because he's really good. Great promos, has the body, and is a good worker. I loved when John Cena was his bitch.

5. Alex Riley- I think he has a bright future. At least I hope he does. Good worker and has the look to make it big. I loved how he beat up the Miz before turning face. Love his theme music too. Say it to my face!!!

1- CM Punk. Bee a Punk fan since I saw him in TNA. Think it was the Gathering (?). Fantastic in the ring and mic. Punk is awesome, nuff said.

2- Zack Ryder- A guy I have seen potential in since day 1. Sure he's medicore in the ring, but he knows how to get over and he used creative ways to do so (youtube). Definitely deserves more TV time and a US title run.

3- Cody Rhodes- since his "undashing" gimmick started, he has become darker and more aggressive. He has also drastically improved in the ring and finally became relevant! I see a world title around his waist in 2013. Plus the paper bag thing=awesome!

4- Christian- other than being from Kitchener/Waterloo, I've always been a fan of this fellow Canadian. From the Brood to 5 second poses to mid-carding (scratch TNA) and now main eventing. He has truly earned his spot and worked his butt off. Great on the mic, his promos with Edge stand out as some of the most ridiculous moments ever

5- Undertaker: legendary, 'nuff said.

1.Jeff Hardy-I'm a Hardy mark always have been, always will be
2.Cody Rhodes-first one since Jeff Hardy to bring prestige to the I-C title
3.Daniel Bryan-best overall WRESTLER in the business today
4.Randy Orton-liked him ever since his feud with Cena however he is moving down on the list because he is slowly turning into Cena
5.Zack Ryder-WWWYKI

C.M.Punk is not on my list due to the fact that I don't agree with his political views, dumbass democrat.

Well i have my fave 5 and my top fave 5 so i'll go with the latter.

5. Air Boom - Despite the ridiculous name these two combined have made tag team wrestling watchable and relevant. These two are no longer a make-shift team and their chemistry together is excellent. I'm very proud of Bourne & Kingston for making this thing work.

4. Sheamus - Now that Sheamus is a face it makes him even more likeable. His in-ring work has been top notch and his promo's don't make me reach for the remote either. Sheamus is the most improved wrestler this year and has a very bright future.

3. Cody Rhodes - I'm always excited to see this guy on tv like a dog wagging his tail. Cody Rhodes has a great skill set and always impresses in his matches. The guy really has no ceiling and the sky is the limit for him with the promos he cuts.

2. CM Punk - I've been a fan of this guy for a long time and makes me happy WWE is pushing him to be a top face of the company. Punk isn't the traditional face of the company and has that counterculture edge about his character. My favorite thing about Punk's character is you always know it's him being himself whether heel or face. I prefer him face though.

1. Randy Orton - I can't much other than, "Dude's just a badass!".

Honorable Mention - Daniel Bryan - I really wanted to include Bryan, but the fact is he's never on tv long enough for see his progression. He's the current Money In The Bank briefcase holder and he's not getting put over. He's very likeable as he seems to have the crowd behind him, but he's not getting any high profile matches. I'd like to him and guys like Rhodes, Barrett, Christian, and even Sin Cara Negro. Especially Sin Cara Negro because he never got his revenge for the kick in the face or the cheat win.
