Why would Attitude Era wrestlers not e in the game?

Since the timeframe for the game is wrestlers from 85 to 95, so most major additude guys are not included in this date range

only wwf wrestlers from this period will be in this game and he joined the wwf in 96, and you would have to be in a mania durring theis time period, he debut was in wm11, he would of had to be in wm1 through wm10

Foley, like Savage, has been explicitly removed at the behest of Vince.

I'm a bit undecided on whether or not I'll buy the game though. Not a big fan of cheesy old school wrestling, but if the game mechanics are good and the roster has some of my favourites, I might still give it a try.

Since he was already created as a ledgend in the smackdown vs raw games and it was easy just to copy the characters, since no character development is required, little is needed to change ledegends from game to game
