Pretty straight forward Question here...What is your favorite WWF/E TV show that isn't on the air anymore....Or what was your favorite NWA/WCW TV show of the past which would be all of them.

Also what is your favorite moment from that show that hooked you to wrestling. (This may be a question for the older fans..Since I'm not talking Raw/Smackdown or current shows which have ran for quite sometime)

My favs were the original superstars of wrestling and Prime time wrestling too many great moments to pick from. Also loved WWF Heat got you pumped for the PPV wish there was a show like it today.

Heres a list of fromer WWF/E Shows to refresh your memory or inform you younger fans.

Heres a list of former WCW Shows

Saturday Night (1971 – 2000) · Best of World Championship Wrestling (1973 – 1987) · WorldWide (1975 – 2001) · Pro (1985 – 1998) · Clash of the Champions (1988 – 1997) · Main Event (1988 – 1998) · Power Hour (1989 – 1994) · Prime (1995 – 1997) · Monday Nitro (1995 – 2001) · Thunder (1998 – 2001)

WWF Prime Time - had the best matches from each week, had great back and forth banter between Heenan and Monsoon, special guests, it was just the greatest wrestling show ever made.

The WWF Saturday Night's Main Events were great in the 80s. Back then there weren't as many PPVs, and the company just wasn't on TV as much as it is now. And since I lived in the Atlanta area, I never had a chance to see WWF live events (they didn't come to the area). Favorite moment from the show would probably be when the Megapowers broke up & Savage attacked Hogan backstage.

For WCW, I'll go with the Clash of the Champions shows. They were like PPVs, except they were on free TV. I know the weren't smart financially-PPVs make more money-but they were really good for the fans. As for a favorite moment, one that really stands out is when Ric Flair was attacked by a group of Japanese wrestlers, & Jim Ross screaming over & over "The Japanese have attacked Flair". It was like Pearl Harbor was happening all over again. I also used to love WCW Saturday Night.

"The Japanese have attacked Flair"

Good call on the J-Tex attack on Flair.

My favorite old school Jim Ross quote was at Halloween Havoc 90. Stan Hansen vs Luger, right after Hansen blew his snot on the wrestling mat...............

"My GOD! Hansen has just become, the United States champion!"
