The Angle Invitational

Angle may be IMO the best wrestler in the world today, Jericho and Taker are very close and Edge, HBK and AJ are pretty close. The thing I have problem with is saying Kurt is better than Bret because of his medal. AN Olympic medal is fucking impressive as hell, I can't even fathom the amount of work that goes into getting into the Olympics, never mind winning gold with a broken-freaking-neck. The point is though, in PRO wrestling, Bret is better. Plenty of guys, like Kurt, Lesnar, Lashley, Swagger, Haas, Benajmin etc. have amateur background which they adapted into their pro style, which is a good thing usually, but at the end oft he day being an amateur star doesn't equate to being a great pro.

So let me get this straight Angle is in two hall of fames, has 12 world championships to his name. Is the only man in history to hold the WCW,WWE,and TNA championships in his career. Has been a champion in Japan. Has an Olympic Gold Medal in Amateur Wrestling has gotten awards for everything from Interviews to technical ability, to rookie of the year, had multiple matches of the year and has been the best dam worker ever to lace up a pair of boots IMO. If you can think in any way why your favorite wrestler is better than Kurt bring it on. You'll be wrong.

I hope he wins the TNA Legends someday.

I say, before it is all said and done, Kurt should go back to Vince, take a one year contract, and add a Royal Rumble win and the ECW Championship to his résumé just for $#!+s and giggles.

I could see something like this. Kurt wins the 2011 Royal Rumble and then challenges for the ECW Title at No Way Out and wins. Then at Mania, in the opening match of the night, he loses the ECW Title, inserts himself in the Money in the Bank match, wins that, and challenges the winner of the last match of the night. Now can you imagine Triple H winning the Title for, by this time, should be his 16th or 17th World Title, and Kurt cashes in and takes it from him. That would be sweet!!

My favorite Star is Chris Jericho, but I don’t think he’s better than Kurt Angle.
