What if Batista was fired?

Well there you have it within 2 weeks of Kennedy being fired after getting re-injured and almost injuring Orton Big Dave Batista gets injured whilst winning the WWE Championship and gets the boot right out the door...

Well this is wishfull thinking now isnt it? NO he isnt fired but wouldnt this be a wicked storyline? Batista is already scheduled to open up Raw so why not have Mcmahon walk out and "Fire His Ass" strip him of the belt and throw out there a tournament of sorts to crown a new champion at The Bash...

Of course this would be a storyline and Batista would come back bc Shane or Linda or Steph brought him back and have him feud with Mcmahon....Similar to that of Austin/Mcmahon...No Dave isnt Austin or maybe not even the right guy to re-do that angle but ive always been a firm believer of if it aint broke dont fix it....austin/mcmahon was awesome and having Dave in a storyline like that culminating in what is speculated as his last Wrestlemania next year...

any thoughts on whats going to really happen on the opening segment tonight? This should be ratings GOLD if WWE doesnt drop the ball...

I'll be honest I about had a heart attack when I saw this, and I was glad about. The only way I'd like Batista is some good matches, a good fued or two, and a credible title run (and this is WWE so that won't happen), or a storyline like above. It could start with dave coming out and saying, " I'm injured, so as much as I hate to, I'm going to relinquish the belt." The Vince could come out and say " I'm sick of you being injured, you won't have a chance to relinquish the belt, you're fired!" Then Triple H could come out next week (return, he's injured still I think), saying that Vince might be his father in law, but Batista was his partner, and Vince was wrong to fire him. Then Steph could help bring Batista back for her husband, and Batista could fued with McMahon. Then somewhere along the line HHH could turn on Batista and join Vince's side, saying he just wanted to bring dave back so he could end his career himself. Then Batista could fight both HHH and the McMahon family, culminating with him winning the Royal Rumble, then putting his championship shot on the line in a match at Mania, Batista vs. Vince. And winner gets a shot at the champion later that night, who could be Triple H. I don't know I don't really like HHH and batista in the title picture anymore, but it would be a great ratings draw.

No, this doesn't make any sense. Why the hell would Vince McMahon (a face) come out and fire Batista (a face) after he took the title from the man that was terrorizing his family for months. That is about the last thing that the WWE should do. After all of the time they've spent building Batista up, especially the last few months, what sense would it make to release on of your top wrestlers?

And no, there's no way Vince is releasing Batista. He's to accomplished in the company and he's boys with HHH and Flair.

Injury prone or not, Dave is here to stay and he'll be staying in the main event picture until he decides to quit.

I state with 99.9% certainty that WWE will not release Batista...at least not without an ironclad agreement that he not go to TNA. They likely would simply pay him to be on the roster and to nothing rather than have him go to TNA. I am by no means a Batists fan but it someone of his popularity were let go it would be a HUGE score to TNA. Also, there is no way they would book him to win the title and go over dominant over their top heel, who is considered by some to be one of the torch holders of the future...if not the present and then cut him loose.

TBH, i think it is what is most likely to happen.

first reason: go back to after backlash when batista cost trips the title and then he lost a match and because of that, shane had a 3 on 1 match against legacy

second reason: orton invited him to join legacy

after these incidents, everyone was waiting for batista's heel turn so what might happen is:

vince "fires" batista so he can get time off for his injury, then next week, there will be a tournament and winner becomes WWE champion and during this tournament, triple h returns and becomes champion with the help of the mcmahons. then when batista returns, he'll be pissed off at the mc mahons and join legacy or be a heel by his own and feud with triple h.

that would be awesome but i'm not really sure if it will happen knowing that the WWE title storylines haven't been so good coz for the last PPVs, it was the WHC in the main event. if they're plans are similar to what i mentioned above, then i guess it will send raw back to competing with SD!

Batista is not going to be "fired" in any way, shape or form. How about Orton asks for his rematch and Orton wins with interference from non-other than........ RIC FLAIR. Now this would be an epic swerve. Have Orton demand the rematch, somehow it is very short for Batista to work through, Flair screws Batista and joins Legacy. HHH returns to confront Flair, Flair and Orton beat the piss out of HHH... blah blah blah. Something like that would be waaaaaaaaaay better than Vince "firing" Batista. Especially since Orton beat the bejesus out of the McMahon family for 4 months straight. Unless we see Shane or Steph come back and fire him... I dunno. Raw will be interesting tonight.

Let's be real. Batista is one of Vince's favorites. Guys like Batista, Cena and Orton (as much as I love him) wouldn't be fired for anything short of Benoiting some people. Batista could have just as many injuries as Kennedy, work just as stiff as Kennedy supposedly did or whatever the reasoning is for Ken's firing and Batista would just get a warning while Kennedy would get a pink slip.

Life's not fair. People play favorites. All WWE employees are not created equal. Call me a hater, but I firmly believe that guys like Cena, Hunter and Batista are still jacked up on steroids but they'll never get busted by the wellness policy.

As far as the opening to tonight's RAW I'm sure that by the end of the show Batista won't be the WWE Champion. Orton will either take his title back or Vickie will bring her husband to RAW and help him win the title in order to repair their marriage. I also expect Hunter and/or Flair to return and get involved.

I sincerely hope that I don't have to see Vince, Shane, Stephanie or even Linda tonight.

What would Happen if Batista was fired?

The WWE would continue everyday operations just as normal and it wouldn't make that much of a difference on the show he would be on if he stayed or not. As a matter of fact it would probably give someone a chance to step up into the main event. The WWE survived when Diesel and Razor Ramon jumped to WCW and where doing the whole thing as the Outsiders. The WWE survived when Hulk fucking Hogan left and went down south to WCW. The WWE survived the Monday Night Wars. The WWE survived when Stone Cold Steve Austin left and when The Rock went to Hollywood. My point is they would still survive if Batista left. They survived when people though they were done for and they were over, So why would it be any different if Batista left? Well it wouldn't be any different at all.

Dave Batista I feel is overpushed. He has a great look and is muscular which Vince loves but Dave will never get fired unless Dave messes up such as drug offences or pisses off HHH or Vince.

If he were 10 years younger I probably wouldn't feel the same as I don't see him being an investment for the future as everyone talks about him retiring and he is around 40.

Deacon Bautista was cool, but I'd rather get hit with the collection box myself before I'd watch Dave suck up to Randy. I was such a huge Randy fan before the current storyline, but he just sickens me now. Maybe I'm an idiot cause I hated HHH for years of his sledgehammer on the Rock but now Hunter is like a hero to me! How the hell did THAT happen???

Bring back Boogeyman and let Randy eat worms... please!
