D.C. stands for anything your creative enough to think of. It once originally stood for something, but its more less lessened in meaning. It's kinda like the CM in CM Punk, originally Chick Magnet, now its whatever...

The original meaning, I keep to myself. But, thus far, Dick Chogger is the front runner... I was called that once, and I still find it hilarious.
