Well, the first two failed. The second not nearly as miserably. I think I've got the formula down now. So, I've decided to make a third but in a more authoritative role, almost like a referee. So I won't be personally taking part in this, just running it. I think it'll work out well this time.

The Concept
Eight people sign up.
In Round One, people choose a name for their brand, a general manager and their first two draft picks, which can be male superstars from any era, alive or dead. We then take turns picking 18 additional superstars, one at a time. The only conditions are this; you must pick at least two tag teams, and you cannot pick a superstar that has already been chosen. You must also make a pick within 18 hours of the last person; otherwise you will forfeit your pick and only be able to fill up the gap at the end of Round One.
In Round Two, you present your entire roster as well as possible. People then choose one person to eliminate based on this information, PMing their choice to an indifferent, neutral third party to tally. Four people stay.
In Round Three, the remaining four people present a "Super Show", a card with their best match ideas for the talent they have. You cannot use the same person twice. People PM their choices to the third party again, except this time they are picking their favourite. The winner is awarded the title of:
