I don't think it would make sense for Orton to turn face again, everyone in WWE is already turning face. If you do that all you got is Rollins, Lesner and Rusex?(don't even count Kane) Cena, Ambrose, Reigns, Bryan, Sheamus, Ziggler, Swagger, Big Show etc.....its just loaded with faces now. And they are already talking about Bray turning face.

I don't quite see what you're saying here. No one has turned face recently, at least no big deal has?

Heels: Orton, Rollins, Lesnar, Rusev, Henry, Miz, Dust Bros, Cesaro is a heel, Wyatt's.

Faces: Cena, Ambrose, Sheamus, Ziggler, Swagger, Big Show, Usos...and currently that's all I can come up with.

Lets look feud by feud: Cena & Lesnar. Ambrose & Rollins. Sheamus isn't doing anything really but might be feuding with Miz, so lets say that's a feud. Ziggler & Cesaro. Swagger has nothing. Big Show & Rusev. Usos & Dusts. Henry is feuding with Bo? Wyatts have nothing, Orton has nothing. This will be fixed when Reigns and Bryan come back...except it won't. I don't think it will at least.

Bryan will feud with the Authority most likely, so add him to Cena and Ambrose. And when Reigns left, he was also feuding with the Authority. Orton can take on one of them if he's still heel. But that leaves one to just be there. So they'd have to feud with Bray? Maybe have Reigns feud with Bray to keep him out of the main event if Bryan wins the Rumble idea I guess

What we are talking about is Randy Orton turning face that makes a lot of sense. You can use the storyline about Randy not getting his rematch and being held back with the Authority. He would also be a great opponent for Brock Lesner, I can picture it after Randy feuds with the Authority he comes out when Paul and Brock are out there and attacks them. You can have two feel good moments at Wrestlemania Randy over Brock for the World title and Cena over Rusev for the U.S. title.

Orton's character has been the same for literally years. His overall character was never repackaged when he was turned face and it was never repackaged when he turned back heel. So how is turning him face supposed to be of any consequence unless they do a complete overhaul of his character?

The only way I can have any sort of interest in Orton at this point is if WWE takes advantage of the newly popular Vines of Orton RKO'ing the shit out of random stuff. Take Orton and making him a live walking Vine that RKOs the shit out of everything and everyone. He wouldn't even have to wrestle or cut dull promos every week. Just RKO people within seconds. Backstage during interviews, on the locker room, during entrances, etc. Do SOMETHING different with him. Just don't turn him babyface if he's gonna be the same damn character he's been for the last several years.

I'm okay with a Randy Orton turn, however I would take him off TV for a short time. We've seen him so much, and been kicked around as the Authorities lap dog so much that I think it would help to have him out of view for awhile so when he comes back and turns it will seem more fresh to the audience. I'd have him off TV till around the Rumble. That'll be a time when WWE will need a good opponent for Lesnar that he can face to get him to Mania. And lets be honest the pool off credible guys for Lesnar to face is thin. I personally would like to see Heyman come out, boasting about how no can beat The Beast Incarnate, and he is truly a Legend. Cue Orton's music, who comes to the ring, Heyman then can begin to run his mouth and take shots at Orton. Orton says nothing and then mid sentence BOOM drops Heyman with an RKO, and poses.

Then on the other side of things it seems like it would make sense for him to face Rollins at Mania. I would just be careful with that as I remember when Legacy broke up. If I remember correctly, I think the original plan was for DiBiase to get over as a face, and instead the crowd got behind Orton, and he beat both Dibiase, and Rhodes at WM 26. I doubt something like that would happen with Rollins, but its worth mentioning.

I agree with you. I think they can have Seth Rollins attack him at Hell In the Cell or Survivor Series and do a curb stomp right on a chair and keep him out of action until atleast TLC or Royal Rumble. This would give a nice face reaction at Royal Rumble and he can attack Rollins to set up their match at WM 31.
