"They" Are Revealed; Fourtune Turns on Immortal!

a website said SPKIE wanted MEM back. it must be true, it's written on a website.
if SPIKE did want MEM back, my advice to SPIKE is to stay out of what happens in TNA. I see enough people bickering that Dixie doesn't know what she is doing in the wrestling business, surely don't need a network trying to say what should happen.

best thing that could have happened to TNA was NOT having MEM return.

I'm interested in seeing where Abyss,Hogan & Flair fall into all of this Fortune turning on Immortal storyline. Also, Fortune should just be aligned to themselves & not with Angle,Anderson,Crimson & Steiner. I like Immortal being Hardy Boys,Rob Terry,Gunter & Murphy. All in all.......GREAT SHOW!

You do realize Spike owns half of Impact right? They can ask for what they want considering they do have that relationship with TNA. Hell, Spike pays for certain big names of TNA's roster. Guys that Spike TV ask TNA to bring in the company, like Hogan. Spike also is paying half of Impact on the road.

Spike did want MEM back but TNA's perspective didn't feel it was necessary and It turned out to be so.

Finally finished Impact. The angle was as good as it was going to be. Yes they had to throw something together at the last minute and this is definitely the best thing they could have done. AJ as the face of the company is definitely a good thing as he's been the backbone of the company for years. Him going off on Bischoff and talking about how this is what needed to happen is months in the making. That leads me to the bad part.

This should have happened FOUR MONTHS AGO. Fourtune has been the popular faction in TNA for MONTHS. There was never any need at all for them to join up with Immortal and again, IT MADE NO SENSE! Flair wanted to piss off Dixie and did that and then his boys were far more powerful than Immortal but kept the alliance anyway to be lackies. THAT MAKES NO SENSE!

So now it’s Fourtune/Angle/Steiner/Crimson/Anderson/probably Morgan vs. Gunner/Murphy/Hardys/Jarrett. That doesn’t exactly sound riveting as you have the titles and the power with Fourtune who are supposed to be the underdogs as the, you know, good guys. Here’s where you see the criticisms of Bischoff and Russo shining through.

This is, once again, the NWO vs. WCW and the Millionaires Club vs. New Blood. It’s a faction war with the heels being led by the corrupt leader and the good guys being all about keeping things like they were before. Like I said, this is the right choice but it’s not like this is something we’re going to be riveted by as we’ve seen it before. That’s not good but it’s what Russo and Bischoff do: they have one idea and that’s all you see out of them.

Anyway, this was as good as they were going to get but I don't think that's saying much.

Oh and anyone talking about the Rumble being underwhelming because Kong wasn't there is really quite stupid. It was never announced on WWE TV or the main WWE site that she signed. A few fans knowing about it means nothing as the company never once said she was coming. Is Eve a boring addition to the match? Yes. However, that's nothing you can compare to the top storyline in a company. Also, Booker and Nash were in the Rumble less than 4 minutes combined. Again, that's what WWE does. TNA makes guys in their 50s and 60s that aren't wrestlers the three top heels in the company. That's not the same at all but have fun convincing me that they are.

I did not know that Spike had any type of owning part of Impact. I figured Impact was solely owned and run by TNA wrestling and SPIKE TV was just the network that Impact aired on.
the other wrestling company that is WWE, is not owned partly by USA network right?
still SPIKE should really let the decisions be made by those with a wrestling background.

If this means AJ Styles goes back to being the top face in TNA (where he belongs) I'm all for it.

He needs to be treated by TNA the same way WWE treats John Cena.

Not booking wise mind you, just protect him and make the top guy.
