The WZ Bowl Mania Pool

1. IC25! 16-11 with 235 points. Hawaii and Florida KILLED ME as I should have run away with this game by now. Stupid Rainbows.

2. AJ. 16-11 with 222 points. New Year's Day placed AJ within INCHES of 1st. It'll be interesting to see how the final week shakes out.

3. Brian Becker. 13-14 with 213 points. Where Michigan's win killed me, it probably helped Brian big time. Impressive late-tournament run, Brian! Too little, too late?

4. Justinsayne. 16-11, 207 points. Good pick record but the points are holding Justin's place back the way his face holkds back his life. Planning on making a run at me, old rival?

5. DIAR. 15-12 with 201 points. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Still time to catch up, but it'll take a MASSIVE push in the BCS Series to pull this one out.

Big Wes has been disqualified. Amazed by the idea that someone could go 0-25 and somehow not pick a single winner, I looked closer and found that Wes signed up but made no picks. Hence the record. It's a five man race, boys, let's see who takes it home and earns the bragging rights!

Hawaii stood no chance, IMO Georgia is the best all around team this year. The Michigan win shocked me, not in a million years i would have picked Michigan, over a FLA team one year removed from the NAT'L title game.

I am coming for ya.

This is where i quit with the upsets, and went with the better team(s).

As of 1/4/08

1. Justinsayne. 17-21 with 236 points. Late push has made this race VERY interesting.

2. IC25. 16-13 with 235 points. 0-2 in the last two games thanks in part to a unilateral refusal to support Kansas athletics due to loyalty to Kentucky. Only one point out, though.

3. AJ. 16-13 with 222 points. Very much alive here. AJ could take a lead with a few dark horse, high value picks.

4. Brian Becker. 13-16, 213 points. Despite a sub-par win-loss record, Brian's point accumulation has come on as of late. A real long shot in the last week, but still gasping.

5. DIAR. 15-14 with 201 points. The last two days have all but nailed DIAR's coffin shut. Then again, I did say that about a few others this week and been wrong...

ONLY THREE GAMES REMAIN!
Saturday- NJ's own RUTGERS UNIVERSITY seeks to kick Ball State in the State Balls. GO RU!

Sunday - Bowling Green faces Tulsa in the "who cares and why the hell is this game the second to last to be played!?" bowl.

Monday - BCS Championship Game between Ohio State and LSU. LSU essentially has home field advantage, but Ohio State is beyond motivated.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

ROFL IC, You didnt know I forgot to make picks? Me go 0 - 25? HAHAHAHA!

BTW. I wanna do the NFL playoffs pool so where is it at?

Congrats to this year's Bowl Mania Challenge:

JUSTINSAYNE

Here's a trophy cut in your own image.

Justin and IC25 went into the championship game within 1 point of each other, with IC25 backing OSU and Justin with LSU. The SEC powerhouse prevailed and as a result, Justinsayne wins the innaugural Wrestlezone Bowl Pool. Justin ammassed 329 points.

In second place was AJ, overtaking IC25 on the heels of LSU's big win. Aj had 315 points to IC's 296.

Brian Bekcer and DIAR came in distant 3rd and 4th, with 244 and 232, respecitvely.

As previously mentioned, Wes signed up but never made picks, finishing an impressive 0-32. At least the Knicks show up on the court before they roll over and die.

Nice job everyone who participated, and a special THANK YOU TO JUSTINSAYNE FOR STARTING THE LEAGUE AND COMING UP WITH THE IDEA!

-IC25

Just imagine if we were to join forces, we'd be unstoppable, LOL

Oh know I think I gave out a much better trophy for the Pigskin Pick'em, that Bobble head one you got was much better than this stupid ass horse thing IC25 came up with, I mean :wtf:, it's a horse, what the hell does a horse have to do with football, come on IC25 you could've come up with something better than that, that thing's almost as ugly as......YOUR FACE!!!! Hahahaha:lmao:

Now onto destroying you all in the Playoff Gridiron Challenge heheheheheh:evil3:
