The WrestleZone Tournament Has Begun

Jeff suffers from wrestling in a different time, a time where the company actually cares if their wrestlers destroyed their bodies with drugs, and therefore he gets much more attention for it. I'm with Alex-A on this one, and I love Eddie Guerrero.

So what. Did Eddie Guerrero's home ever get raided for massive amounts of drugs? No. Did Jeff Hardy's? Yes. Did Eddie Guerrero ever face a lengthily spell in jail for drugs? No. Does Jeff Hardy? Yes. Did Eddie get clean and work his way to the top? Yes. Has Jeff Hardy gone from being #1 in the fans hearts to being a sorry excuse for a champion in the (by far and away) #2 company and consistently used illegal substances to the point where it's affected his in-ring work? Yes.

Eddie Guerrero: Role model in his later years.
Jeff Hardy: Fucked up druggie. Could change his ways but doubtful.

I'm with the other 39 dudes who voted for Shelton.

Oh and I voted for Bret Hart.

The only response I have to your ranting is this:

So?

If you want to use favoritism and spite to justify your vote(as many others have) go ahead, but don't try to present it as a legitimate argument when it isn't even close.

Or tiger......

Vote for the taller person, vote for HBK by an inch!

Roode's hair raises his height by two inches.

I'm not. I'm pointing out that Eddie Guerrero was superior to Jeff. I'm undoubtably being bias towards Shelton in their match.

He was arrested for drunk driving. By that measure, I should vote against Eddie because he could've killed someone.

I refer to my point that Eddie Guerrero got clean and got out of that lifestyle. Jeff Hardy is still fucking up today despite numerous warnings etc...

And Eddie was 10 years older than Jeff. Eddie only cleaned up after his shit almost sunk his career. And having drugs in my mind is far less harmful to others than drunk driving.

Robert Roode has never used drugs. I'm just sayin'.

Damn I need to change my vote.

Mister Anderson begs to differ.

Yea his Ladder Match agiainst Anderson was Pretty Good and his match against RVD last week on Impact was good to.

T'was what we in the industry call a joke.

I'll address this here as it would probably constitute as spam in the actual tournament thread.

So Anderson gets a bad rep for Orton being whiny, and merely nearly injuring him, but you say nothing about Hansen. Do I HAVE to post the Vader video, or can we agree that stiffing a man so hard that HIS FUCKING EYE BALL CAME OUT OF THE FUCKING SOCKET is a bit rougher than offending one of the top guys in the company?

First off, Vader was known for working as equally a rough style and more than likely agreed with Hansen to knock the living shit out of each other.

Second, Orton was dropped close to where he had a collar-bone break. I would be equally pissed if that happened to me.

Respectfully, I have to disagree. It's not about being stiff; it's about the injuries. Anderson DID NOT INJURE ORTON. Hansen DID INJURE VADER. You think anyone would be happy to have their eye popped out? I'm not even trying to throw Hansen under the bus here, as I did vote for him anyway. But, again, Anderson's been in TNA for a year. The only injury I've heard of involving him was his concussion by taking a chair shot to the dome, which is the fault of the guys who booked that more than it is anyone else's.

I can't believe we've gone so far with this "athleticism isn't important" stuff that anytime someone falls back on their athleticism when putting together a fine professional wrestling match, it's regarded as something negative.

Orton's a whiny little bitch. That guy has to be one of the most downright unlikable people to ever hold the WWE title.

By the way what the fuck is up with everyone voting against people because they're "too stiff"? How in the fuck is that even slightly relevant?
