The WrestleZone Tournament Has Begun

I cannot believe you would use that insult after how Coco used it against you.

:lmao:

It's not an insult. People around here overrate the hell out of Angle. It's truth.

And Coco referring to me being bisexual wasn't an insult either. I am bisexual. That's not why I'm voting for Taker, but you can believe what you want to.

Are you seriously saying that liking Angle because he was a great technician is a bad thing? I guess I should enjoy Taker more even though he's relatively boring when compared to Angle.

I'm not saying your bisexuality is a problem, I could care less, but you took offense to Coco using "dick" insults... And I find it funny that you would do the same.

No. Like Angle for whatever reason you want to. Idc.

However, overrating Angle because he's a 'great technician' is a bad thing. He's not as good as many of you believe.

Unless he's going to give Shawn Michaels shit for the same things he dishes it out to Angle over, I'm not listening to another word he has to say on the matter.

Shawn Michaels too!!!! He just might be the greatest in ring performer ever, but many a match by HBK is highly overrated.

In the past I was debating the merits of HBK, so I would have never said such a thing.

Bret Hart and Chris Benoit also fall into this group.

Hell, I think that Dean Malenko may have been better in the ring than all of them.

I reckon Benoit is actually underrated based on the fact that most don't rank him as high as Shawn and Bret.

You're... you're an idiot. So you're saying that Shawn Michaels' legacy is flawed because, despite the fact that he may be the best in-ring performer ever, some of his matches are overrated? That's the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard.

And Chris Benoit is another great technician. It's becoming very apparent that you know nothing about wrestling.

Dean Malenko was damn good in the ring, but he didn't have that "it" factor that allowed him to put on 5 star matches and connect with the audience.

If you wanna fault Shawn's legacy, people should be focusing on the fact that he politicked his way into opportunities on big stages that most guys couldn't get, making direct comparisons between him and many other greats almost meaningless.

Shawn Michaels' legacy, like any legacy of any sort, is far from untouchable, but to fault him for having an overrated match or two is asinine.

People around here love to assume shit. You're reading way to deep into what I'm saying. I don't have an underlying meaning. What I said is what I meant. HBK is the greatest in ring performer of all time, however, many of his matchers are over-fucking-rated. I loved his match with Taker at WM 25, but it wasn't the best WM match of all time. Do you see where I'm going with this?

I'm not assuming anything about his fucking legacy. Calm down.

Why don't I know anything about wrestling? Is it because I'm quick to tell people that Benoit wasn't as good as he seemed to be. Take the triple threat at WM 20 for example. Great match, but not a great triple threat match. It was basically a series of one on one matches and the three of them were very rarely in the ring at the same time with one another. However, people are quick to call that the greatest triple threat match of all time.

I will say that Benoit is less overrated than the others though.

He had 5 star matches week in and week out on Nitro and on many a Nitro, or WCW PPV for that matter, his was the best match on the card.

I'm sorry, I assumed you were putting him in a category along with Kurt Angle (who you have made your opinions very clear about) because you started your post with, "Him too!"

Newsflash, it was great match, it was a triple threat, it was a great triple threat match. And what type of match it was has nothing to do with anything, Benoit was amazing in that match, and it showed his technical prowess as well as his ability to tell a story in a match.

If you think Benoit is anywhere close to overrated, you are sorely mistaken.

HBK and HHH also had something to do with that match, but from the way that some of you talk around here, Benoit went out and made them look better than they were and that simply is not the case.

Benoit is less overrated than the others.

I voted Hart, but I know for sure now that Cena will win... and probaly, I should've voted for him

Fuck I have read many times the arguments but I still don't know who to vote for in Angle/Taker, Goldberg/Sting and Benoit/HBK.

What to do, wha to do???

I't won't happen but if Beniot goes over HBK I might just gleefully dance around like a schoolgirl after petting her first kitten. I mean an actual cat sickos.
