And the nominees are:

SlyFox969

mysterio_fan

Y 2 Jake

Uncle Sam

klunderbunker

Mighty NorCal

HBK-aholic

Murfish

NoFate007

Rusty

***based off of total # of nominations in the Bar Room Thread. Also based on total year-long activity and the fact that IC25 and Shocky are admins and don't need this award. Jake needs it because he's rendered himseld useless, plus he's a smoker.

Uncle Same? Seems like criticism. Like I'm samey or something.

I'll give it to NorCal. Two reasons: he'll beat me up if I don't and that it's the only way Sly doesn't get it.

And I guess he's quite good.

This was TOUGH.

I was settled on Sly, but I went with NoFate007. I think he's a diamond in the rough - terrific wrestling AND non-wrestling poster, well organized, intelligent, educated. I thoroughly enjoy reading his posts, and when I start a thread, I like to see him posting in it. It's like a compliment.

NorCal is terrific, though he's a touch too profane for my tastes. That's just me though. :)

Sly is an awesome poster, and he does two thinks better - and more annoyingly - than anyone else. He picks your post apart, out of context, using the quote function. And he picks his battles. I don't see Sly leave his comfort zone very often.

Sam is my #2 choice. The way he worked the Tag Tournament was terrific, and he has the daunting task of representing TNA on the boards (much the way I do with Superheavyweights, which is tough) regardless of how he feels about the product. I really feel he takes on positions he's against or not sold on just for a challenge, and I respect the hell outta that.

In the end, I gave the award to a non-mod who absolutely deserves it.

I tempted to print that post off, tear it apart, scan it and upload it but I'm much too lazy. Imagine I did it.

I pick the battles that interest me. I've debated just about every topic on this forum though. But, after a while, telling people why Kennedy sucks, why HBK isn't the wrestler he used to be, and why Savage is better than Flair just gets old. So, I begin to ignore those threads.

I doubt there's a thread topic that I haven't posted in at least once on these forums.

And never let you forget it. I still blame him for part of our attendence dropping.
False. I'm the kind of person who gets MORE people to post. That's been proven several times here and other places.

I'd love to see this proof. Common sense would tell me that after constantly being burned by you, and definitely other people as many of us are guilty of it, people wouldn't come here. Why should they if they're going to be destroyed?

Because most people don't think they get destroyed, they think I'm a stubborn ass who refuses to admit I'm wrong. Which means they post again and again, trying to get me to "see the light".

Much like you were when you claimed that Bonds was a better offensive player than Ruth, or that Cena was better than Bret Hart, which had another aspect to it that I can't remember.

Bonds is a better offensive player than Ruth. As far as the Cena better than the Hitman, you'd have to show me where I said that. I'd have to review that, because I don't remember it.

Slyfox may as well be the king of the world. Who needs democracy when you have Slyfox? His gym teaching skills will transition well into ruling planet Earth.
