Well, Republicans still controlled Congress and the Senate during Clinton's terms in office. Not to mention, Clinton wasn't as left-wing as Obama is (statistically, anyway).

But whatever. It's really up to the people to keep small businesses open, not political figures. So that's a moot point.

I won't judge Obama's reign as president until he actually serves time as president first. Jesus.. it blows my mind how Americans are so quick to jump to these horrendous conclusions, rather then just wait and see how everything turns out.

All I can say is if it doesn't turn out well, then Jindal/Palin in 2012.

Isn't Palin getting drilled by the Republicans now? Maybe if she can lose the "dumbass" in her, she could be a decent contender but seeing as the GOP seems to be hammering her...I really don't see how she'll be on the card in 2012.

But the thing is he actually WON. Palin didn't, and now the GOP is blaming her for the loss because she went "rogue" (which makes me ROFL). I really doubt the American people will forget how bad the Bush era was in 4 years, unless Obama's is even worse. Personally, I think it'll be seen as a failure if its not the "Golden Era" people are trying to say it'll be, and he won't be seen as a good President even if he's not that bad.
