Polls don't start closingt ill 6 eastern Norcal, so the first results won't be in until about 7 or so. Coverage is going to be at least 7 hours long, but I imagine the Obama camp is already celebrating like it's 2004, oh wait, Kerry did that and lost.

In theory yes, but something awful has happened that allows pre-election day votes, and the chance of more voter fraud, always fun.
