The [OFFICIAL] Crock Spews Shit Thread

Happens to the best of us. My DVR is piling up. Hate it when it does that. Got Deliverance on there. Can't believe I've never seen it.

Punk was used in a near identical manner both times he held the briefcase.
Difference being I don't think the WWE knew what they were doing then and were just putting him on the back-burner until they had something. The WWE.com article and Cole's focus on DBD showing something this week on SmackDown have me thinking there's a legitimate plan with Bryan. The difference is subtle, but I'm convinced it's there.

Good point, FunKay. Again, I'm not saying I don't want it to happen, it just seems unlikely... To me, at least.

My DVR is piling up to never-before-seen levels.

Love me some Deliverance. I highly recommend it. You know what's really sad? I haven't seen a great movie in ages. I have to change that after NoC.

Drive is fantastic. Just come prepared for a slow pace and don't go with anyone you know to be a movie-talker.

Intriguing point. They are making a rather big deal out of a pretty small deal. I could see him snapping given how they're ranting about this losing streak.

I'm really excited to see that. Looks stellar.

This is the first time I've been excited for multiple movies at the theater coming out at nearly the same time. Drive, Moneyball, and 50/50 all look great.

That's the thing: When they do that, you know they're aware of it and want you to know for a reason. That's part of why I wish they'd make a big deal out of every small detail: They can't follow through with all of them which would make things feel less telegraphed.

It's been a particular shit summer. No doubt.

I guess First Class was awesome. I probably would have noticed if I wasn't so over comic book movies.

RVD is advertised for the Windsor show in November. Should I buy my tickets under the assumption that Van Dam will be involved in the meet and greet? Your opinion is crucial, Crockodile.

If they're relatively cheap tickets buy 'em, otherwise don't. TNA is so unreliable with what they advertise, I hear the house shows are fun though.

I hear the same thing and last year's show was fun with a good main event between the Guns and Beer Money. Still, I'm really on the fence for the meet and greet because there's only one talent I have ANY interest in talking to. If money wasn't so tight right now, I'd be all over taking the chance. But at the moment, I'm not so sure.

If I'm not doing the meet and greet, I'm going for $15 tickets. If I am doing the meet and greet, $50. I could not be more pissed that I'm so dirt poor right now. No doubt in my mind RVD is leaving shortly after Hogan and Bischoff and that this is one of the last chances I have to see him so up close and personal.

That's tough, man. Maybe something picks up, maybe you can save some cash until then, you never know. Although I hear they bail pretty quickly from the meet and greets. Probably not worth it.

I mean in spite of all the good things you hear about their live events, I've heard some downright rotten things too. The meet and greet reports from this weekend were mired in talk of how only undercard guys came out for it. And as much as I love Austin Aries and Brian Kendrick, they're not worth that money to me right now. A guy on another board I go to whose word I trust said he went in 2008 and it was basically watching wrestlers arrive backstage while only Samoa Joe could lower himself enough to interact with the peasants who paid the highest ticket price. That pisses me off and as much as I love Van Dam, I can see him falling in that category of guys who think they're too good for this.

I've heard some terrible stuff myself.

Go enjoy the show and reach out for a high five, it will get you the same amount of interaction.

Than again, some people just like hating TNA. Also, that guy's seen enough house shows to display KB levels of jadedness just because he's seen so much.
