The Lilypad

-With JAM's application, depending on his acceptance, he will become the fourth female character in the fed. What is the general consensus on girls vs. guys in the fed? Also, does the general male demographic find it difficult to RP against females (especially as a face)?

Hunter has no problem harming females. It doesn't matter who he faces he would have no problem trying to hurt them. On a side note you guys can thank me for JAM having that nickname and the awesome theme.

I do think it's good to have some female characters in the fed though. I imagine it may be a little bit more of a challenge to the people writing them or to people RP against him but hey, whats wrong with a challenge?

-What education, if any, does your character have? I already know a few character's have various degrees, but feel free to share for the uninformed.

Dustin graduated from high school with a C average (not because he's dumb but because he slacked off in high school knowing he would never have the money for college.) He could have done better if he had applied himself.

It's been a little while my little tadpoles. Just a few flies to chew on today:

It's 2013. Real life wrestling promotions were doing mixed gender matches during the highest and busiest time in pro wrestling. Efedding was inspired by the suspended fantasy of being a wrestler in a wrestling company. It shouldn't even really be up for debate. For a female character to go against a male character is equal in its difficulty. DC has faced female characters in the main event. It's not the character, it's the RPer that wins match. And any RPer that can turn a female character into a maineventer, kudos. Every fedhead should encourage that kind of risk.

-For all of you that don't know, I just graduated college this past weekend. When I came back online after a 3-day hiatus from the fed, I began to think about Chris K.O.'s education. He has never step foot inside of a college class, and I don't think I have ever even touched any flashback material in his high school days. What education, if any, does your character have? DC is a drop out lol.

-Finally, Kermit Studios is currently brewing up something for the Lethal Lottery Opening. I just thought I would tease it a little more. ;)

Idk what that means but I'll be reading the show. Hope it's good!

Kudos for me? Thanks.

Celeste didn't go to college; she has some business training from courses from a technical school but that's about it. She worked as a martial arts instructor for both ju jitsu and sambo for years.

I have mentioned that Mikey is a college dropout. I've never went into great detail. I just mentioned that he dropped our over a girl. I have plans to expand on my current story arch of Mikey being lonely and unstable when he is alone due to that.

I think college dropout was ultimately a good call because it allows me to write Mikey as a smart guy when he applies himself, but still retain the man child aura that made him a 2x tag champ.

I have Ricky barely scraping by High School and going straight into Wrestling. He's all instinct and no brains.

Hey tadpoles, I haven't updated this thread in awhile. I only have one tasty fly for you to chew on this time. With the recent addition of JGlass and Killjoy on creative, I have to ask. If you were the fed-head, what six fed members (past or present) would you pick to fill our your dream team? Cheers!

I would book myself for a five year title-reign and fire creative if they weren't down with that.

Barbosa - the ideas man and ultimate decider (any of Phoenix, Lee or Numbers could fill this deciding role)
Lee - organisation and leadership
Ty - leadership, booking and match writing
Showtime - primarily match writing but I found that he adds a different perspective and while I did not always agree, it was good to have
Funkay - match writing and enthusiasm
Kermit - creative (sometimes overly so but tempered by the others) and boundlessly enthusiastic
Falk - commitment and enthusiasm

Feelings are already hurt...

Seriously though, here are my picks, based on those who I worked with:

Ty Burna: As a leader, he's fantastic. I don't think Creative was ever more harmonious than when Ty was in charge. He cared so much about the fed, admittedly too much at times, but it brought the best out of all of us.

Lee: Masterful organisational skills. So much of the reason behind WZCW continuing success comes from Lee. His hard work, dedication and organising of the fed stopped it from getting shut down all those years ago.

Showtime: Possibly the best match writer I've seen on Creative in terms of storytelling, pacing and intelligence. To horribly paraphrase a comment often made about Jericho, this guy could make a match with a broom work.

FalKon: He is easily the most level-headed person I've ever worked with. His logical reasoning and interpersonal skills make him a great buffer between RPers and Creative when needed.

Dave: Because he added so much fun to Creative. Don't get me wrong, he's a hard worker and had a lot of great ideas, but his sense of humour and ability to lighten up situations is why I love this prick.

Blade: Me, because I don't know if anyone else has done been a back-up guy like I was on my time on Creative. That's not me bragging, that's more about my ignorance of Creative since I've been gone. But I know that I was always there to cover for my colleagues, whether writing matches or posting shows. And I think that's vital in a good Creative team, someone who's ready to help at short notice.

That was difficult, since I love Numbers, Phoenix, Thriller and FunKay to death, and they are/were all great Creative members in their own right, but that's my dream 6.

What I also forgot to mention is that I'd convert the entire fed to Central African Time...

So, Kermit, what's the Mentor Programme that's at home on Aftershock and that Dynamite won and that I know nothing about?

The Mentor Program was basically WZCW's version of NXT on Aftershock. The idea was created by Numbers, the current fed-head at the time. It paired several WZCW rookies with established superstars. Eventually, the problems of a such a huge angle with multiple people began to show itself. There were several no-shows and drop outs. Eventually, we were left with the final three, Krypto, Isabel Stone, and Darren Bull. Isabel Stone was the favorite to win it all, but Dynamite excelled under his mentors Saboteur (JGlass) and Saxton (The Doctor) and won the thing at Apocalypse Unscripted. He was granted his choice of opponent and match. He received that at Unscripted All or Nothing by fighting Vega in the first ever Flying Saucer Match for the Mayhem Championship. The program is considered a failure overall due to the no-shows and drop outs, but it still provided us with some marquee events that will be remembered. It also gave us the rise of Krypto.

The Mentorship Program is what led to me doing 6 months of nothing, thanks to my rookie dropping out after the second round. Luckily for me I don't have to worry about Funkay dropping out anytime soon.

I would've loved to be Theo's rookie. But, since pulling it off is so difficult, maybe Aftershock's description in the handbook should also change?

Edit: It HAS, I see. Well done, guys!
