The end of an Era, the Dawning of another.....LD style

Are you telling me tonight has been more interesting than the Jarrett years? Really?

4 minutes. They literally got close to doubling the amount of wrestling on this show with a four minute match.

They were doing the same thing back in '06, when Jarrett still had a lot of pull. I'm not saying tonight has been better, 'cause it hasn't, I'm just saying Jarrett wasn't any better either.

Well TNA better have some epic shit prepared for Monday, if we see this, they're fucked.

This is what's been advertised:

Hogan/Abyss vs. Flair/AJ
Nash and Young will talk.

That's it. Nothing else has been advertised. December to Dismember had more stuff advertised.

So is it safe to say I haven't missed much?

Let me sum it up for you Kenan:

Hogan please don't wrestle you're broken down.

Over and over and over again from different people.

Oh and EB doesn't like Jarrett.

Yes but there was more than ten fucking minutes out of 90 with wrestling on them. Bad wrestling > uninteresting repetitive promos, period.

Yeah I'm real excited for that. TNA was set for DVR status on Monday anyways, now....it might just get ignored.

I know that shows are supposed to be better live, but there is no way this could be. Did they even need to put the ring together?

Why is TNA even bringing in RVD if they don't ever have any wrestling on the show.

because they honestly believe that just by having these names, people will watch. I can't wait for the ratings to come out for this, especially the breakdown of them. I REALLY want to see how many people either kept watching or stopped watching and came back for the title match.

TNA is doing exactly what WCW did: they're continuously putting all their chips on one match being a home run, show saving thing. They fail to realize two things: the fans get bored waiting on it, and if that match fails, like Sting/Hogan did back in 97, they are completely fucked. The tag match would have to be Benoit/Jericho vs. Two Man Power Trip x 10 to justify this buildup.

Let's end this with a twenty minute main event that might possibly cover for the hour and forty minutes of ineptitude.

So counting intros and the big match intro we're likely to get and a possible commercial, 12 minutes for this which it won't get?
