Two things

1- Sully was pissing me off in the LD last night after the retirement announcement, I really wish that kid would just learn to stfu sometimes

2- I never realized how long I have watch wrestling until I go and see people post on how Edge has been their favorite superstar since they've started watch in '04, '05, '06
 
Yeah, Sully really doesn't know when to just keep his mouth shut. He posts paragraphs on the most trivial bullshit.

And I started watching wrestling in '07, so...He was never my favorite guy, but he was always there. It's going to feel weird without him.
 
I started watching at the tail end of '99 when he and Christian were just coming into their own as a Tag Team, So I've seen the vast majority of his career
 
I was really surprised that he retired. Makes me wonder how SD! is gonna cope. They are gonna get a LOT of people in the draft.

Also, justin, your comic book series has inspired me to start a Star Wars series, focusing on characters from the Extended Universe, mainly the Old Republic. I'm just working out how I'm going to structure it.
 
So I had and very weird, & somewhat shitty day yesterday...

-Go get the oil changed in my car find out I have a shit load of stuff that needs fixing, I have a bad wheel baring on the front drivers side, need a new wheel on the front passenger side, and new tires all around, tomorrow I'm taking it in the basically get everything with the front tires fixed, it's likely going to cost me anywhere between $500-$600...yeah ouch

-I get to work and I'm working with my ex-gf for a little bit and she drops the bombshell that she wants a baby and wishes I was still with her so I could knock her up, which was just odd and totally out of left field, I remember when her and I were together she had no desire what so ever to have kids ever

-Then at the end of the night I'm stuck working with a guy who for whatever reason refuses to work with me ever, throws a series a big temper tantrums all night adn breaks not one but two machines over the course of the night... and yet he's my co-assistant supervisor:shrug:

-Get home turn on Raw just in time so see Edge announce his retirement...:wtf:

-then watch in horror as R-Truth somehow finds himself in a WWE title match Main Eventing a PPV:wtf::wtf:

yeah shiteresting day to say the least

So how was everyone elses day yesterday...or today whatever...
 
Reading through the LD...

Are people really complaining about APPLE and Bryan being part of it? It was probably a funny one time thing and at least he's on TV weekly.

Also, yesterday was a pretty shitty day for wrestling. Larry Sweeney dies, Edge retires, and Hulk Hogan loses that last little respect anyone had for him by making fun of Edge on Twitter after Edge namedropped him as one of his heroes in his retirement speech.
 
WHAT?!?! So Edge shows a little respect to Hogan, who is working for the "rivial", & I use that term lightly, and Hogan jumps on Twitter and makes fuck of him, Hogan can just go fuck himself, fucking asshole
 
Why is everyone acting like Edge is done? If Edge wrestles another match, he may have a serious injury that puts him in a wheelchair

I can think of a few good roles for Edge that won't put him in physical harm, such as managing Christian a bit, GM (fuck yes), announcer, Bret Harting, special ref

Although he's all set financially because he's been smart with his money so if he Austin's and only makes appearances, more power to him

Hogan has clearly lost his fucking mind, I just like to remind Hogan that had he stopped when the Doctors told him to he wouldn't be walking around in a stupid back brace right now, and his quality of life would be much better, and didn't AA retire cause the Dortors told him too?!
