The Doctor's Office

You need to do a Hellsing character one day, could be interesting since all the characters there are really shades of grey.

I'll probably hold off on Hellsing until I have re-watched the series and watched the Ultimate's too.

I've got the next 3 weeks worth in my head ready to go. Here's a hint for each one:

A rake, a hooped jumper, changing races.

First thing that popped into my head for the last hint was Captain Terror from Speed Racer:shrug:

They other 2 I got nothing for, maybe Sideshow bob for the rake hint, and that Tiger that mauled Roy (of Seigfreid & Roy) in Las Vegas for the hooped jumper?

So, Justin, what did you think of Sucker Punch? (Spoiler tags since it's new if you don't mind)

I thought it was a fun ride, I liked all the action stuff

Did not see the deaths of Amber & Blondie coming at all, loved how every "dance" was completely different from the previous & I loved the Wise Man

Good fun little movie, worth the $6, however I was annoyed that they raised the price of soda at the concession stand by $2, and the small popcorn is now fucking puny, I was done eating by the time the first trailer was over, if I had known how small that was I would have bought the $6 gallon bucket, that you can bring back and get refilled as often as you want for $2

nah Justin, you're lettuce should still be good for another 2 months.

Although if you do have lettuce problems, you should ask KB. His user title says to ask him about the lettuce after all.

Oh, and popcorn/soda is always expensive at the movies. But you should always get the big popcorn with refills, just because popcorn always tends to go quick (at least in my experiences). Soda's you have to be careful with, unless you have the RunPee app for your iPhone/Pod and know when you can get up.

Oh, and Doc, sorry if that whole Cole saying a bad word thread got derailed into (yet another) someone not liking what I have to say thread. It wasn't my intentions.

I already threw it away, it was almost gone anyway, need to get some fresh new stuff, so I can make grilled chicken wraps and salads (which make awesome late night snacks btw)

Yeah, the thing that pissed me off was last week when I saw Battle:LA a small soda was like $4, this week it's $6, and a small popcorn was fucking huge this week it was about 1/4th the size it was last week, that much a a dramatic change just pisses me off, basically I paid $2 more for less shit

& what is the RunPee app? I did have to get up to take a piss luckily the bathrooms were right next door, so I could run in piss and run back real quick, without missing anything too important

Don't all your threads just degenerate into shitfest anymore?, you're just the new target of the month, pretty soon people will find someone else to jump all over

MTFO, THE WHOLE SERIES OF TRIGUN IS ON NETFLIX INSTANT WATCH!!

Trigun is my second favorite TV show ever. My brother had VHS's of every episode, and when I was in seventh grade or so I used to sneak one of them from him and watch one of the tapes, every Saturday, until I finished the whole series.

For those looking to get into anime, or even if you don't care about anime and just want to watch some sweet Western space action with comedy AND drama, give this one a shot. It takes a few episodes to really get into the swing of things but it's all good.

Is it as good as Firefly?, which is also on Netflix Instant btw

& have you watched any of the Dead Space anime?, is it any good?

I've never seen Firefly, so I can't compare, but Firefly does have a ton of hype around it. I'd say they're just different, especially since one is a more lighthearted (but action-packed) animated show and the other is Joss Whedon. I've only seen Dr. Horrible by him, great short film, that.

Never seen the animated Dead Space films but I've heard they're just OK.

That's bullshit. Although maybe the previous time the person serving you gave you a medium instead of a small? Either way, to up the prices AND give you a smaller serving is a bitch thing to do. One or the other, fine, but not both.

The RunPee app is an iPhone/Pod app (probably available on the Android market too) that tells you when the best times to RUN to the bathroom and PEE are. I've never needed to use it (don't go to movies often, and I wait til after the film), bu it's an awesome app, a must have for any movie-goer that has a phone with such technology.

In the Cage, yes, that seems to be the case. Nowhere else though. But people still want to believe that The Cage is the greatest place on earth (god forbid people just don't call each other n-word F gayslurs).

OH SHIT, that's awesome! Is it in English or Japanese with subs?

VHS? You actually remember VHS? Wow.

And god, when i was in 7th grade, the Anime was premiering in Japan (according to Wiki, the show ran April-September 98, which was my 7th grade and 8th grade). Thanks for making me feel old...... lol

This times ten trillion.

Trigun got me into Anime. Trigun is the single greatest Anime in the history of Anime.

English dubbed, which is fine by me since the dub was pretty good, Vash especially. The dub is what the VHS's had, so that's some extra nostalgia for me, haha.

Doc you need to watch Firefly, it's fucking epic. I wish Fox wouldn't have jump the gun and canceled it, it was a good show, and one that everyone involved loved doing, one of the shows that once you start watching you be hooked instantly, it's Nathan Fillion at his very best IMO. I would suggest watching Firefly and then when you are done with that watch Serenity (the firefly movie), it too is absolutely epic

I wish I could find the graphic novels Joss put out
