I can't think of any off the top of my head and really don't feel like looking for them, but simply putting the subject at hand in the title is the best option and will attract people more than anything.

If the subject as the title isn't enough to attract people, then it probably shouldn't be a thread.

I dont think theres a definitive answer to this question. Every relaationship is different, and people are ready at different stages of their lives. I think that's a question that is simply between someone and their partner. You can't globalize it.
