Michelle Pfeiffer was great in Batman Returns. I loved her performance as Selina Kyle and Catwoman, and she is high up on the list of my favorite Batman film villains. Hathaway has some big shoes to fill if you ask me.

Inception win #2. Love that movie. I've never been a fan of these ultra serious movies winning everything. I can read the book to find out how Facebook started. The point of a massive screen with kick ass sound is for a movie like Inception which blows your mind.

And this is why I'm not much of a movie buff.

I am a movie buff and I agree with you. When I go to the theater, it's for movies that benefit from a larger screen and the loud speaker system. Unless if I'm seeing it with friends or its something I can't wait for to come out on DVD.

No real surprise to see Inception clean house in these technical categories such as sound and what not, but still, very nice to see it pick up some awards.

Yeah never been a fan of movies where people just sit around and talk. That's what books were made for. Film is about visuals and sound and being able to be right there. If you're supposed to figure things out for yourself you shouldn't be looking at it.
