It isn't me she's cheating on... Someone I don't really know, who has never called me before, calling me up crying about some bs woman problem at 10pm while I'm relaxing is what set me off. Why did she think that would have been ok? I guarantee the pizza delivery guy has exchanged more words with her than I have. My conversations with her are along the lines of "hi" "hey" "roll over" "don't try to kiss me" "swallow it all" "stop biting me" and I always end it with "That was fun, we should do it again sometime"
If I had ever done anything except show up at her house, fuck her, and leave I'd have understood the call. I get calls from exes all the time about their problems and I don't get pissed. It was the idea that someone who is basically a complete stranger calling me late in the evening trying to tell me her problems. It would be like me telling a problem to a gas station attendant... That's how much "connection" there is.
Often times yes... I believe it's much simpler to call a spade a spade than it is to mince words to protect some sensitive pussy's feelings. Unlimited free speech? I think it's much more pertinent to provide a place for people to feel safe to speak freely without being discriminated against for things they can't control, like sexual preference or skin color. People who feel the need to use those kind of remarks in lieu of having an actual discussion are people who don't really want on these forums.

I think that under the first amendment they should have to suck it up and deal with it. But then again, my views are that their are no limits under the 1st and as such threats, intimidation, and inciting a riot should hold no charges. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say threatening the president is illegal, nor does it say yelling fire in a theater is illegal. Nor does it say if you call someone a *** or ****** before beating their ass that the charge is to be trumped up to some ridiculous "hate crime" charge instead of just a simple assault.
But these days, "everyone's equal, some are just more equal than others"....
Personally I believe that the fundamental principle of justice is to not make equal that which is unequal.

I'v never come across a conversation where being racist/etc. helped the discusion, unless the topic is "why do you not like black people?". Otherwise its usually superfluous what race/sex/creed the person is. Especially regarding wrestling or whatever else would be discussed here. Calling a black guy a black guy is calling a spade a spade, or a homosexual a homosexual. Calling a black guy whatever the fuck or a gay guy a ****** is needless for the conversation.

And i think the deal with the 'hate crimes' etc is to promote the idea that racism etc are moronic ideals to hold and that for the advancement of the human race we should train people to thick to realise it on their own (or through the fault of another) that it wont be tolerated. I think its no problem at all to hate people who are damaging the human race for no good reason. Mostly judging people on their actions rather than on a basis outside of their control.
