I don't now. I saw this on the main page of AOL.com. The Benoit's death didn't even make the front page until everyone thought he'd murdered he's family. This would have to mean that there is some reliable information coming out of Boston. Either that, or they forgot what happened when they reported Vince getting blown up.

Personally it wouldn't surprise me if it was real. Jeff Hardy has been showing a lot energy and creativity in his character, and the last time he did that... he was on meth. I would find it ironic for Jeff Hardy to get his third strike on the night that he was supposed to win the WWE Championship.

Oh, and the reason that Matt hasn't posted anything on his Myspace page is because he is an enabler and doesn't want people to know that anything's wrong.

WWE.com is reporting that Jeff Hardy was found passsed out in a stairwell last night at the Boston hotel he was staying at and rushed to the emergency room.

Several sources have confirmed this as storyline and that Hardy is expected to be selling the injuries on tonight's Survivor Series show.

There is a lot of speculation this will lead to an Edge vs. Jeff Hardy feud, as Edge will be the culprit. While this feud is not confirmed, there was talk of Edge vs. Hardy at Royal Rumble, and Edge flew from Tampa to Boston last night for the show.

I hope it's a work, but man, I don't know. Just have a bad feeling about it. I was getting a vibe Jeff was going to win tonight. If he really OD'd and fucked himself over again, then he deserves to be fired. Then again, if it's not a work, it's possible he didn't OD. There could be something medically wrong with him, it's not impossible. Of course, that could well have been a result of drug use in the past.

I don't know. I think it's a work, but I've got a bad vibe coming from it. If it's a work, I have to say, great swerve from WWE. No one could have seen it coming.

If it's a work, then it's completely in bad taste given Hardy's past. And given that Trips brought up little shoot remarks where he mentions these things, it more than likely is.

If it's not a work, then what in the mother fuck is this piece of shit thinking? He's gotten chance after fucking chance after fucking chance and the build him up time and time again for him to blow it? I mean if he can't take the pressures of being successful, then maybe he should join Jericho's old bodyguard Ralphus on the ring crew because he definitely should not be in the ring. I think this is a work to have Edge return and take Hardys spot in the championship match. I think The GM will come out and announce that Jeff was injured and could not wrestle so she got a replacement. That being Edge. I think that they will have Edge win sparking a feud between him and Triple H. Then Jeff will return and win the Rumble to go onto Wrestlemania and beat whoever is champion at that time.

If this is not a work and Jeff was really found unconscious then this is very bad for him. It would most likely be related to drugs which will result in him getting released. If it is not because of drugs then who knows what could have happened. So I believe that this is a work for Edge to return and win the title, but there is always a chance it is not.

In many ways, this is a shame. I'd set my heart on Hardy winning tonight and Edge winning the Rumble. Plus, I guess no face turn for Edge then.

Having said that, if the intarwebz are correct and this is a work, short of winning the Rumble this is the best return Edge could have. Assuming he wins. Fingers crossed.

And if it's not? Fire Hardy already. I'm a fan, but he's had enough chances.
