Mr President. I would like to propose a bill to create a new position within the Santino Fan-a-Club; Bill 1741.33. The bill is to create the new position of "VP of Santino's Relations." This would deal with his relations with other wrestlers, such as his time spent with Mr. Caribbean Cool. His love life, involving his time spent with Miss ****e, who shall not be named. It would also deal with his business relations, like with Mr. unfunny Kimmel. With the upcoming future relationship with Miss Phoenix, this position is very important to be filled. If this Bill is pass, I would like to give my name as a possible VP of Santino Relations candidate.
