Because my grandmother from my dad's side of the family has a house in Grafton (absolute crap hole of a town) and my dad and I are going to drive there because she is a hoarder and never throws anything away, so because she is a nursing home we can go there and fix up the yard and clean some of it out so it's in a decent condition to sell.
