What does his name have to do with him being a serious worker?
Because there hasn't been some winners, as far as names go, that have been main even players.

Because its associated with his comedy act and just sounds bad. The guy you love to compare him to, The Rock, changed his name from Rocky Maivia.

Holy shit, this place got alot of posts since I last checked, I guess the name change of the club had somethin to do with it. Face it haters of Santino, there are about a good dozen Santino threads in the WWE section and the LD SZ and they are all hot button issues, they are getting mad posts. You guys are even adding to the growing fire that is Santino's popularity. By bashing him and saying he's not over, your actually making him more popular and more over with the readers. Remember, 'any publicity is good publicity'. At this rate, Santino could easily become Prime Minister of Canada (he is Canadian after all), Prez of the US (if they allowed non-americans) and King, or whatever they call their leader, of Italy, and still have enough time to win all three worldheavyweight belts. Praise Santino

I brought Kofi into it by saying he was the first IC champion in a long time to make the belt what it was supposed to be: A midcard title for an up and coming star. Then someone said that Santino was better for the title and higher up on Raw than Kofi.

Simply Priceless w/ Manu and Cryme Tyme and, I suppose, Kofi.. Are nothing more than a supporting cast for the Orton/Punk feud.

Putting Upperd Mid-Card Wrestlers with Main Event guys usually ends up with the U.M.C. guys moving into the Main Event. The fact that Priceless, Manu C.T. and Kofi are being given the chance to Main Event means that Vince and the people in charge see something in them and are willingto take a chance.

Don't get me wrong I am a Santino fan, but some people here are so biased it bugs the fuck out of me. There is 2 sides to every story and ignoring one side just because your a fan of someone is ignorant and stupid.
