No, sky plus is shit if you live in a flat block. You need two connections to the dish, I only have one. You can only record what you are watching, and even that doesn't always work. It often shifts which input it's using to the empty socket too, so it just stops working a lot. Still, the customer service of Virgin was so bad that even though I have a V+ box in my wardrobe, I won't be switching back.

Virgin has absolutely appalling customer service. Some of the worst I've ever experienced, and I worked for Al Queda.
