Round One: Xenomorph vs. Ms. Marvel

I voted for Ms. Marvel, with very limited knowledge of her powers or the abilities of a Xenomorph.

It was mentioned that xenomorphs are mindless killing machines, which I really don't see as an advantage in a fight against a super-heroine who actually has her wits about her.

I'm not seeing any unique xenomorph in this fight, just your average run-of-the-mill xenomorph. To me, they're fodder for the hero in a story. In comes Ms. Marvel to save the day.

Incorrect. Mindless is incorrect. These fuckers are smart. Adaptive to environments, great stalkers, brain function to quickly learn patters and cause/effect. Being a fierce killing machine does not mean they are dumb.

The alien strikes first here, right off the bat. Then it will be fighting a wounded person. Whatever attack is next will be to put in some distance, likely a rubber man attack. Now it is aware of her ability, uses the spit and tail to get in more damage & Khan is now in trouble. The more she uses her healing, the less she can use powers. This girl isnt going King Kong on shit with acid eating a hole in her body.

My argument is that she is fighting a Queen and not one of the smaller variants. She could easily defeat one of those. A queen can grow 20 feet tall and weight 10 tons or more. The smaller Xenomorphs really are not all that intelligent, from a human perspective at least, but a Queen is.

This is a good piece of evidence. A city bus can weigh anywhere from 12 to 20 tons depending on the model and whether it's loaded or unloaded. The Queen has enough strength to flip over a semi truck as well as a large water tower, but this shows that Ms Marvel might have enough strength to incapacitate the Queen.

As for acid question JGlass; who's to say that she can't just dodge it? It's already been shown that she can dodge point blank laser fire. So I'd imagine she could dodge a liquid projectile. Also, she can shrink just as small as Ant Man and she can alter her body mass to make herself faster. I think that wouldn't be a problem
