It's only a SUICIDE dive if it's outside of the ring. The word suicide implies the dive goes through or over the ropes. If it's in the ring, it's just a flying headbutt, or something weird like that.

So Orton standing in the ring at the end of RAW, totally reminded me of how Austin would give Stunners to everyone and be the last guy in the ring. Cena may be the "Face of the WWE", but to me, at least, Orton is the Franchise, the superstar that dominates the company until he passes the torch.
