Why does Nexus take their orders from Barrett? I thought their hole thing is that they were equal, hence "We are one." That's what made them different from the other heel stables, they didn't put one over the other. Sure, Barrett was always the head of the group, but at least they didn't acknowledge it.

Because A Barrett won NXT, B because everybody else sucks in comparason, C because he's always been the man with a plan (see lateral thinking in the talk the talk challenge) and D because he's the star of the show.

Okay, you just explained to me why WWE should push Barrett, but not why the other members of Nexus should follow him. Basically, what do they get out of taking orders from Barrett? Why can't they impeach him and go about their own business. It's not like jumping every superstar that gets in their way takes that much planning.
