That's actually big in my eyes for Bryan. Michaels has been pretty much universally cheered since he got back in the ring, no matter what he was always cheered, and he just got booed and a you sold out chant before even getting into the promo. I think Punk is probably the only other guy on the roster that Michaels would have gotten that reaction from for costing him a title.

For the most part. You gotta excuse me since I wasn't watching wrestling around that time so I forget things from like 2003-2005 at times other than what I've read and a few matches I've watched.
