I'm definitely happy. It's a nice fall back just in case no one accepts me for one.

I see you signed up for the Moderator spot. CH for sports mod!

I figured why not. Worst that happens is that I don't get it.

Exactly, and nothing would change in that manner. But I could definitely see you as a Sports mod. Cigar Lounge is probably the dead area for a moderator right now.

 

[CH David]

I'm spotty but I'd enjoy it. Would definitely help since I have a sports radio show.

Who knows? We shall see what happens.

 

[Ferbian]

I'll be crossing my fingers for you to become the NXT moderator. Unless there's someone I know is better for a job in some other section that is. But for now my money is on you mate.

Thanks Ferbs. I'm sure there are others that are more qualified than me. But I just go about it like normal.

Probably the best idea. Just keep with the posting like normal, as well as just keep a normal attitude about it, so nobody gets disappointed when they're not chosen.

Exactly. It will be disappointing, but hey, who am I to say who should and shouldn't be mod. I'm just a normal poster. I know I won't throw a hissy fit, because that would just be stupid.

Also it ruins your future chances like the OP says.

Yep. Just take it in stride. But it's a fun and interesting thing. I'm just excited to see it unfold.

Yeah me too. No matter what we all know that it's gonna be someone worthy of the position in the end though.

So how have your day been thus far my friend?

 

[CH David]

It's been good. Was at school for an three hours in total (1 1/2 before class started, 1 1/2 after it started) before I got down to solid work on the WhirlyBall project. Had to wait for one of the guys in my group to do narrations, since it is easier to put footage in with the narrations as a base.

However, in two hours I almost finished, which I'm proud of. Just have to make final adjustments on Monday before class and I'll be set.

How about yours?

That's awesome dude. Always nice to be quickly done with a project.

Mine was good, just been home slacking. Having been on the forum and all. My weekends as well as vacation days are rarely any different from each other.

 

[CH David]

Very. I'm happy with it and realize that I'm a good editor. Not sure if I should focus on that or not. I still have some time before I need to decide.

Slacking days are always good. I'm glad I have off work tonight. Can go out with friends again.

Well it depends if that's what you wanna be doing mate. Then you should definitely give it a try.

Yeah slacking is great. I just usually spend the time relaxing in front of the computer, because when it call comes down to it. There's a lot of guys on here I'd much rather talk to than some of my real life friends.

 

[CH David]

See that's the tricky thing. I like doing editing and I'm fairly good at it. I do like talking sports though. I'd like to do something with that as well. Maybe both.

Lol, yeah some of the guys on here are top notch. Although when I can I have to see my friends. If I can't I go a little nuts, because they, and my family, are my everything. I love my friends to death.

Maybe both sounds like a good idea. Or working with the one thing you like the most, or has the most potential in succeeding in, and the other thing as a hobby / part time thing. I mean you can easily do editing stuff as a hobby, or create a sports blog.

Definitely some top notch guys on here. I tend to get really good friends through the Internet usually. My best friend is dutch after all.

That is how I'm looking at it right now. Just take it day by day.

My only internet friends are the guys on here. All are definitely good guys. My real life friends are freaking stellar too, mostly because they put up with my dumbassery.

Day by day is probably a good idea yeah.

I've never seen you with any dumbass moments dude. But yeah I could probably get what you're saying.

My dorky moments and just acting like a doof are what I would call dumbassery. I like to have fun. I'll make a fool of myself (while keeping dignity by not caring) to make my friends laugh.

I do the same, I fail a lot at it at times though. But I can definitely relate to what you mean.

It's fun to just act like a goof. Keeps me feelin' happy.
