First of all I want to say I don’t have a problem with anyone who has posted in here. In fact some of my faves are here (CH, SavageTaker, among others), but there’s a lot of hypocrisy here. A lot of people seem to be bashing Stormtrooper because he didn’t find humor in a 9/11 joke. You seem to think he shouldn’t be in the cage if he is offended by such a thing. However, this entire thread started because of what? Red rep. Seriously? So it’s ok to make jokes about 9/11 and if you can’t take it you should get out of the cage, but giving red rep is just crossing the line. Rep that was given privately, without any public bitching by the way. He gave rep, which so many claim is meaningless yet can’t handle when they get red. He was publicly called out for giving the rep and came to defend his opinion. Now he should get out of the cage? I didn’t read the rule where red rep is banned from the cage. So because Trooper didn’t like what Coco said he should stay out of the cage but those who didn’t like what Trooper said are ok to stay?

I usually agree with you on the more important things. I guess it's fashionable to gang up on you. I know some people don't like how you express them, but your opinions are usually pretty valid from what I've seen. We disagree from time to time but who doesn't? I just don't like seeing someone ganged up on about something so stupid. I know it's the cage. I don't post in the cage that much, but I didn't think you had to check common sense at the door when entering the cage.

Why did you red rep me? I have a theory and felt the need to gauge people's reception of my theory in relation to another theory before actually making a thread devoted solely to my individual theory. I was acting with tact and thinking ahead about what kind of interest a thread on my individual theory would have, something many thread starters don't have the wherewithal to do. What reason do you have to dislike that? Why "no. just no"?
