for me the big suprise was that miz and show won tag titles i guess wwe wants to be unpredictable couze many of us thougt that punk and SES would win the title , now i think wwe had this plan when jericho and show had titles they knew that jericho must drop the title and they need to start building jericho vs edge at mania so they thougt we can replace shows partner and the best choice was miz! i think now show and miz will hold tag titles for very long time

Bret Jumping vince was a good, surprise, as he wasn't even said to be there, Christian looked really comfortable with sheamus, on the mic and i'd love those two to fued after ECW closes.

Ted should have been given the rub of the Orton Match, perhaps even picking up a win, and have cena destroy cody.

Miz and Show winning the gold was a surprise, and a decent title run could be in their future, I'd have the hart Dynasty Fued with them next.

the HBK - T-LO moment, i think sets up for, what is my guess for the EC PPV , (HBK Wipes out R-truth prematch and enters in his place.)

Over all good show , (considering it had a nascar host.)

I really enjoyed Raw last night, even more than last week's Raw. It was great to see Christian on a real show for once. Whether he is on Raw or Smackdown, I can't wait to see him shine where he belongs. It was good to see Sheamus actually beat a veteran wrestler for a change instead of a jobber. It was also nice to see him win by pin-fall instead of a cheap DQ or count out.

I don't think what's his name Carl's Jr.? or Carl Edwards did a bad job of hosting. I don't know why Jarred from Subway was there though. Jarred is the type of guy that could lose 500 lbs and still look fat. Those damn cursed genes, I have them too. It was great to see The Straight Edge Society on Raw.

They might of not picked up the win, but it gives Miz more exposure and Big Show something to do. Miz actually got the pin over Shawn Michaels. I guess the Miz is buried rumors can finally end now. Along with the Cody Rhodes being buried rumors. Cody got the pin on Orton last night too. More heat is building between Legacy and also DX. I love seeing Shawn Michaels as a tormented bad ass instead of preachy cartoon character.

Dibiase didn't have a chance to wrestle Cena, but there was no point to them having a match after what happen to Cena last week. I was pleased to see Cena as his old school bad ass self again. I could take or leave the Divas because besides Maryse, there is no reason to care about the Divas. Cena and Vince had a good promo, it allowed for a surprise attack by Bret.

Bret looked better in the ring this time, I was afraid that he would get crushed by the sound equipment he tried to take down. I'm still on the fence with how this will play out because the greatest wrestling shoot in history is now a silly over the top work. Seeing Bret now is great, but it's like seeing Cindy Margolis in playboy when she turned 40. Its a different day and age and Bret has lost his appeal to this new WWE audience.

It was shocking to hear Hornswoggle get a bigger reaction then Bret Hart. I would of marked out for Bret if I was there. They should take Raw to Canada where the fans will go ape shit when they hear his music.

I'm looking forward to the big matches next week with Dibiase vs. Orton, Triple H vs. Cena, and Sheamus vs. Orton. It should be a great show. I'm sure we will see a lot of Jerry Springer shenanigans with Santino and probably pies or Big Dick Johnson.

I hope not. Congratulations to 2010 HOF Inductee Million Dollar Man. It's about time we get to see Ted in his rightful place. I just hope next week they don't announce a stinker like Doink The Clown or The Warlord.

Overall, I thought it was a good show. I agree with everyone who said it was great to see Christian on a show besides ECW.

I was shocked to see Cody go over Randy.

I had a feeling DX were going to drop the straps. I was hoping SES got them, but I'm not mad that ShowMiz got them.

Bret is looking better week by week.

The main reason I posted in here though was to ask WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MVP? This was week #2 that he was MIA if I'm not mistaken. I don't have enough posts to start a thread about this, otherwise I would have. Anybody have any ideas?

I thought Raw was decent this week. I didn't like Sheamus going over Christian clean but someone had to do it (Not like Cena or any other top face will get pinned by him clean). Legacy's break up is getting better and I can't wait to see how it ends. Punk wanted Jared to join the SES so he could get some free sandwich's. I figured The Big Show would go after Jared as well. The tag match was good and it was certainly different to how they normally conduct a triple threat tag match since normally only two people are in at once instead of the triple threat they had going. It was nice to see heels attacking each other (HHH and Gallows double teaming Big Show or Miz and Punk attacking each other) instead of The heels double teaming the faces.

I figured SES would win and once they were eliminated i figured DX would retain but no, Miz got the win to become a triple champion. ShowMiz was officially formed, DX broke up, HBK's heel turn progressed as HBK took out Teddy long (Did anyone notice Carlito continually trying to get in the camera's view). We got a diva's match after a commercial break which lasted all of 10 seconds. Maryse was sounding and acting like a face. Cody Rhodes PINNED Randy Orton (Of course Sheamus slightly interfered) and after the match Sheamus took Orton out and Rhodes scared him away and looked like he wanted to nail Orton as well, I'm loving where they are going with this legacy break up. Cena destroying DiBiase calling out Vince to lure him into a trap so Bret could attack him was pretty good. Bret destroying the set was kinda meh, the live stream chat i was on started making jokes like, "The electrical equipment screwed Bret so he is getting revenge". Was funny

I'd give Raw a better then what they were doing in 2009. It would be nice if Raw continued to be decent every week during the entire year instead of just being decent during the road to wrestlemania then going back to sucking.

An entirely meh-tastic first hour followed up by a fucking EPIC as shit second hour. How anyone can claim John Cena isnt in the top 3 mic guys in the world right now after last night is beyond me, fucking SICK promo to close things out.

Am I the only person scared to death every time Bret comes out and gets into physicality? Otherwise, an amazing segment. I felt like I was back in 97. I wish Hart could have jumped on the mic and yelled a little, but not gonna split hairs here. Great closing segment, one that had me more emotionally invested in WWE TV than I have been in a very long time.

Also, fucking LOVE the build up to...uh, whatever is going on with HBK. He, and Triple H are both playing this whole thing out fantastically, and its consistently good tv whenever they are on the screen. I would've MUCH preffered The SES to go over and have the tag titles, but I guess its just another part of the big Miz push. So much for him being buried by Cena huh?

If it wasn't for such a MEH first hour, this score would be much higher. RAW has been on a steady uptrend for the last two weeks

I thought Raw was pretty great this week. It was a nice surprise to see Christian on the show and to find out that the guys from ECW are going to be "free agents". Sheamus cut a solid promo and had a good, solid match with Christian. Sheamus needed the win and he needed it clean as he needs as much credibility as he can get and he came out looking strong.

The break up of Legacy is getting better as each week goes by. I was surprised to see Cody Rhodes go over Randy Orton, but I'm glad it happened. It was also nice to see a continuation of the Sheamus/Orton feud. Orton has shown with Kofi Kingston that he's pretty damn good and build up young guys.

I though the triple threat tag match was great, just a fun match to watch. The fact that they added an elimination stipulation worked out nicely. I was a little upset at first that Punk and Gallows were eliminated as there's been speculation that they were going to be the new tag champs for a while now. However, ShowMiz winning was kind of a surprise. So much effort was put into the SES that ShowMiz was completely overlooked. They could be an interesting team, the Miz is carrying three championships and he got himself a clean pinfall over HBK. I'm hoping the tag scene in the WWE can rebound from the momentum its lost since DX won the titles.

The Bret Hart/McMahon angle gets better week after week in my view. Part of me does get a little bit nervous when Bret Hart comes out. I was a little surprised to see him come out and whoop up on Vince a little more. I think it would have been just about perfect if he were to have cut a screaming promo, but it still worked out well. Cena was great on the mic, comes off a little preachy sometimes but he still cut a damn good promo.

I love what's happening with HBK right now. This downward spiral he's in leaves us wondering exactly what's gonna happen. Is he somehow gonna interfere in one or maybe even both Elimination Chamber matches? Is he gonna cost Taker the title? Are they hinting at a "retirement match" for HBK at WM? Just a lot of interesting possibilities.
Overall, the only complaints I have about the show is Cena punking Ted DiBiase. He made DiBiase look like a weak scrub while he slipped into Superman mode. The Divas were a waste of time overall, though Maryse looked hot as hell in the short skirt and the knee high go go boots. The complaints I've got aren't really all that much and they didn't drag the show down.

I think Raw has been on a roll the past several weeks. More wrestling content has been put on the show the past 3 weeks or so, great backstage segments that accomplish a goal rather than just be some waste of time comedy skit, sillyness is being kept to a bare minimum, Hornswoggle's use is being kept to a bare minimum, build up of matches and storylines seem to be flowing without even the slightest hitch right now. Next week's episode of Raw was also set up quite nicely with the three matches featuring the participants in Raw's EM match. All three matches should be pretty good and will move the EM chamber build up along nicely.

Raw was a bit of a mixed bag this week, definitely not as good as it has been.

Tonight was another good night for Sheamus overall. He looked great and left Triple H and John Cena laying after the two of them had put on a pretty good match. The break up of Orton and Legacy continues to be pushed along ok, but I think it's getting time for the payoff to happen. The possible alliance between Cody Rhodes and Sheamus hinted at last week took another step forward, a subtle step and I like that. We still ultimately don't know what's what or where it's going and that's a good thing.

The Bret Hart angle also has left us with some questions tonight. The type of angle pulled tonight is similar to some done in the past but it does bring up some questions that could only lead to the overall story being even better. Who was the woman that backed into the limo? What's the connection to Vince going to be? How is this going to affect the Hart/McMahon storyline for WM? It's intriguing but tonight is the first time that this angle really came to dominate the show and I think that's a mistake. The Elimination Chamber ppv and some final build up should have been the primary focus of the show and, for the first time, the Bret Hart/McMahon feud took emphasis away from something else on the show.

I was surprised to see ShowMiz lose clean to MVP and Mark Henry. MVP and Mark Henry aren't much of a team but if the lost momentum of the tag division is going to be regained, then I suppose they're as good a team to start with as any. The crowd was surprised to see ShowMiz lose and I figured this was just a bit of a tune up match for their title defense tomorrow night on ECW.

The Jerry Springer segment was absolute nonsense, the type of crap that Raw hasn't been doing for the past several weeks. It was a waste of about 10 or 12 minutes and wasn't the least bit entertaining. If anything, it kind of served to remind me of why I stopped watching the Springer show.

I was disappointed in the wrestling content of the show overall. The Orton/Sheamus match was decent. It could have been better but it did serve to push a few different and interrelated storylines along. Kofi Kingston looked weak losing to DiBiase as the commentators were going on about how DiBiase wasn't at 100% after what Cena did to him last week. DiBiase hits only one move during the match and pins Kofi cleanly. It just made Kingston look like DiBiase could take him at will if he were at "100%".

Also, where was HBK tonight? It could be a positive leaving him off the show tonight as it leaves us wondering exactly what, if any, impact he's going to have at the Elimination Chamber ppv this Sunday.

As I said, a mixed bag overall. Without the Jerry Springer segment, it would have been a fairly solid show overall but that segment just brought me down for the rest of the night.

i thought raw this week was a little to played out i would say the whole hart thing u could see it coming from the lights on the car being there then the doctors it was so acted it was awful i think the the hhh john cena match ppv quality names but personally sucked because nothing it ever really clean on raw last week shemus went of chritian clean it was like the best match of the night. or atleast the recent future i would say. just wasnt to impressed by raw they dont leave me wanting more like tna does and hell i read the spoilers and forget most the time (RvD plz TnA had to ad that i mark for him)wwe just doesnt leave me on the edge alot like the additude era ill give it a C+/B-

I agree with Jack-Hammer that Raw was another good night for Cena, but not so great overall. I think it's time for WWE to ditch the guest host thing. It's really past its sell by date and what Raw now needs is another General Manager type character, preferably a heel GM. The whole Jerry Springer thing was completely un-entertaining and the Bret Hart "accident" looked far too unbelievable.

Still, HHH and Cena put on a decent main event. Orton and Sheamus was a good match too, although I don't know where this leaves Legacy.

Performance of the night goes to Sheamus.

I thought RAW was highly enjoyable tonight. The matches were solid, and I enjoyed the Orton/Sheamus match a lot more than their Rumble outing. Side note, DAMN was Randy getting cheered. It's like he's a face without being a face. Awesome.

I will admit to becoming a mark whenever I see Bret Hart. Anyone in the LD can attest to that. I was upset by the possibility of the match not happening, but after the interesting turn of events with Bret's "accident", I can't wait to see where this story goes.

The Jerry Springer segment was hilarious. If you didn't find that funny, you're Lord Sidious. And I think adding in the Tranny Twins moment was just a subtle nod to us.

Sheamus at the end was totally badass, and he got some nice heat tonight. I'm really starting to dig him. And the HHH/Cena match was a fun little outing.

I'm hoping Cena and Batista stay far away from Bret and Vince. I wouldn't mind seeing them face each other again, but don't let the two paths meet.

All in all, great show. Definitely an A or A- in my book.

I guess everyone must be high or drunk in the LD because that segment was worst then Rosie O Donnell vs. Donald Trump. I haven't laughed at Springer in over 10 years because its so predictable. I will give kudos for Raw actually trying something more risque for a change. I'll admit it was funny to hear Santino bring up Jerry Lawler's son Grand Master Sexay. I used to love it when Jim Ross would try to say Sexay when Brian Christopher was wrestling.

We got about 4 matches with a very slow main event. We got to see Legacy build up their tension which was good and Sheamus came out looking strong. Even MVP got a win over The Miz. No mention of Shawn Michaels tonight though. Bret Hart came out to address the fans. Bret started to ramble a little too much there for his promo. It was interesting to see what happened to Bret but man it was corny. Some random woman backing into the limo?

Treating that incident like a real tragedy just brought back bad memories for me. Batista and Cena had a nice exchange. I don't know I'm just not excited anymore with WWE. The last few shows were good but this one fell flat for me. I'm sure they will pick it up next week but at least Springer served a purpose. I don't see what Jewel and her bull riding boyfriend could do.

Overall I know some might say that Springer segment was incredible, but it was too cheesy for me. If WWE didn't have so many cheesy unfunny segments in the past I might of enjoyed this one. Once you have to sit through so much garbage over the past, its hard to take joy in other stuff. Plus it took way too much time way from the show.

Anyways, not horrible but mediocre tonight in my view. Everything was just too predictable to even care what's going to happen next week. I will say though even though I'm warming up to the comedy, it was nice to see an attitude era skit on a PG Raw. Even if it was 10 years too late.

Very good episode of RAW this week. A fine build towards WM, EC, and all the feuds were built up really well. The Batista not talking thing is growing old. I understand why its being done, but I also understand why shit stinks. In both cases, I am not required to enjoy the result.

Not much to speak of for good wrestling, but there doesnt really need to be. Tis a weekly show, kids. I loved the Jerry Springer segment, loved the developments with Bret Hart, loved a lot of things about the show. Every match was solid, and nothing offended. This show had everything a monday night show should have.

I really thought tonight's Raw set the tone for Wrestlemania. It was great. We got to see 3 matches set up, with one potential match with Bret Hart and Vince McMahon. I hope we can see a one on one match instead of a tag match. I guess we will have to wait and see. Jewel and Ty Murray weren't bad guest hosts. I really like how Raw has only given the guest hosts like one or two segments now instead of giving them the majority of the show.

I will say that the diva/Big Show bull riding was pretty stupid. My wife actually watched Raw a little with me but I had to change the channel when I saw the mechanical bull come out. I watched the rest of the show upstairs because that is a little embarrassing to have a girl watch that nonsense. Anyways, it was silly but it didn't take away from the show.

We got to see Orton act like his bad ass self by taking out Legacy again. I was afraid Orton might actually go the baby face route when he apologized to Rhodes and Dibiase. I just wonder how next week will end up since Orton is facing his supposed Wrestlemania opponent. I didn't think the diva's match was bad either tonight. It's sad that Gail Kim gets no reaction though. It was great to see Christian on Raw. It would be awesome for him to be on Smackdown with Edge and Jericho, but like most people I don't get My Network TV. I just hope Christian doesn't get lost in the Raw shuffle.

Yoshi Tatsu made an impressive debut. He will probably end up in Evan Bourne status. I just wish WWE could have a cruiser weight division so they could let these talents shine more. Even if they don't, I'm not losing sleep over it. I was disappointed at first with the Taker/HBK confrontation until Taker told Shawn to put his career on the line. We all know that its highly unlikely Shawn will retire and lose 2 years in a row, but anything is possible. Undertaker's face looked waxy as hell. He was lucky he didn't get burned badly last night or tonight for that matter.

It was cool to see Jericho open up the show. Jericho and Edge didn't really have that much time given to them on Raw, but I'm sure things will pick up on Smackdown. The ending of Raw just had me confused. I know Batista has a new awkward silent character, but hopefully the man will say more than 2 words before the big main event at Mania. Overall and awesome show. A little corny with Jewel and Ty shit kicker, but I'm not a bull riding or rodeo fan.

It will be interesting to see how the Oklahoma fans react to Cheech and Chong, that is if they even know who they are. I'm hoping someone gets Chinese eyes on Raw, but they probably wont. One can dream at least.

Oh yes. Oh yes. I've said that like 50 times since Raw started. It's not because I'm going on a "imitate KB/Paul Bearer" kick either. It's because this Raw has been kickass.

Edge and Jericho Opening Segment

Jericho got some heat, as he always does. Great promo, then Edge comes in, gets the spear, and announces that he is getting vengeance on Jericho and his smarky little mouth. Chalk up Jericho/Edge for Mania, friends.

Short, simple, and to the point.

John Cena and McMahon promo

Lulz. Okay, besides Cena being an awesome face against McMahon's amazing heel work, this promo was awesome and hilarious at the same time. The exchange of:

John Cena said:
Shut up, just tell m-
Vince McMahon said:
I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!!!!!

made my night. Anyway, Cena vs. Batista tonight to decide if Cena gets his rematch. Great segment, easily did its job.

Diva's Championship Finals

Maryse is hot, and is our new Diva's Champion. It was short, and it wasn't horrible. Boring, but not shit. And this was the one boring match of the night, so that tells you something.

Ehhh....I didn't hate it.

Jewel Slaps Jillian

Okay, so Jewel is fucking hot. It's just not fair when Jewel and Kelly Kelly are in the same room. You don't know who to look at. It's even worse when Kelly Kelly is in pig tails and booty shorts. My god. Either way, it did it's job. It got Jewel and Ty Murray over as face guest hosts.

Better than the Divas match, worse than Cena/McMahon. Liked it.

Randy Orton/Legacy

Oh shit, Orton and a face turn. He actually forgave Dibiase for betraying him. Legacy scheme after Orton leaves. Great, did exactly what it was supposed to do. It set the seeds for Orton to turn good guy on us.

Six Man Tag

Bourne did nothing, Yoshi did nothing, and Kofi did some shit.

Rhodes beat up Bourne, Dibiase beat up Bourne, then Orton kicked some people's faces in. Orton ends the match with DDTing Rhodes after he tags Rhodes in, then RKOing Dibiase as Orton tries to leave.

Hey! Bourne jumps really high! ...and he actually gets a pin. No FTS, this doesn't mean I'm going to draft Bourne for our Fantasy Wrestling League team. Fuck that bitch.

Liked it. I'll rank it higher than the promos before now because it was actual wrestling, and wasn't complete shit. Had me entertained.

Michaels and the Taker

First of all, AWESOME video package. /Orgasm.

Try this for me. Find a Youtube video of the promo. Turn around or turn off your monitor. Can you tell the difference between who's speaking? Exactly.

I say it's because HBK is losing his soul to the obsession of beating the Taker. You know, because I'm a Creative Writing major.

Great promo, and sets up Taker/HBK...only catch is that it's STREAK VS. MOTHERFUCKING CAREER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Balls guys. HBK is retiring for 3 years after this match because he comes back as the Commish. Calling it.

Christian vs. Carlito: MITB Qualifier

Woot, Christian is our second newest Raw recruit, behind Yoshi Tatsu. The match was good, but apparently even the IWC Jesus Christian can botch a move. Carlito didn't look like complete shit, either. Apparently Carlito only looks good when he's an integral part of pushing a brand new WWE brand.

Diva Bullriding

Besides Kelly Kelly being so hot it's painful, this segment was painful for a little bit. Then Miz/Show showed up.

Jewel/Murray played very well against Show/Miz and this segment flourished with them. Jewel is a little cutie, and I love her. Show somehow stares down a bull and makes me laugh. A full grown man makes me laugh by staring down a mechanical bull. He hasn't lost it after all.

Really good segment. Haters shut yo mouth.

Miz/Show vs. MVP/Henry for the Tag Titles

Well, this wasn't that good. Better than the Divas match though. I still fucking hate that KO punch shit.

Bret Hart/Vince McMahon shit

Meh. Did it's job, and keep me interested. McMahon hinted at him being responsible for Hart getting hit by the car. Oh yes, the New Corporation is forming.

John Cena vs. Batista

Batista is such an awesome heel. I'll show you how.

Cena is in the ring: 10 pm.

Batista starts toward the ring: 10:01 pm.

Batista is in the ring and starts the match: 10:05pm

Batista gets DQ'd for kicking Cena in the balls: 10:07pm

Batista gets booed out of the building for being a dick: 10pm-10:15pm

Batista said nothing during those 15 minutes except:

Go get him

When he was walking away from a prone Cena, and

After he got done with the 10th chair shot on Cena. And Batista was legit hated the entire time. Sure, it had something to do with Cena's awesome selling, but only a select few people can make you hate him by grinning for 15 minutes and kicking Cena in the balls.

Score? A!

This show was incredible. I liked it, hell. Even X liked it. This was a great show that tied up the loose ends from EC quite nicely. Smackdown can hit the ground running, and Raw has a good month to build their hella matches.

Raw was great last night. Overall, I think Raw has shown some real improvements over 2009. There are still a few things that need to be tweaked, like that foolishness with the Diva Bull Riding segment, but that was Shakespeare compared to the awful Jerry Springer segment last week. Besides, I suppose there are worse things than watching a handful of hot girls in Daisy Dukes ride a mechanical bull. I'm just thankful they didn't trot Hornswoggle out there during that segment.

Raw very much set a tone for WrestleMania last night and there's still nearly 5 weeks until WrestleMania. I'm excited about all three matches that we know are going to take place for sure and there's still a lot of time for those showdowns to be built up even more. Taker/HBK II, in my view, needs to close out WM because no other match on the card is going to equal the emotional intensity of that match. I have a feeling Taker and HBK are going to kill themselves to make sure this match is at least every bit as good as last year's.

Legacy is officially on the skids and I'm surprised to see Orton was the one that turned on Rhodes and DiBiase. I'm hoping that they don't come up with some lame two on one handicap match between them all for WM. A triple threat match is fine, but a handicap match won't do Rhodes or DiBiase any favors.

I was a little surprised to see the Maryse and Gail Kim match actually managed to get a reaction. It was still a pretty boring match, but there were at least some cheers going on. Seriously, I think they just need to put Maryse as someone's hot valet and call it a day with her.

I think that Raw has managed to find a nice formula in 2010 so far. The overall wrestling content of the show in 2010 thus far is improved over much of what we saw in 2009, they build up the angles and matches for the ppvs very nicely and they seem to always pull something off with just about each angle that leaves the viewer wanting more.

Continuing a trend of zero notable wrestling to speak of, but I suppose thats fine, tis not what weekly shows are for anyhow.

WHO the fuck knew Jewel had such amazingly awesome tits? Really?

Anyhow. A promo based RAW, and they did one hell of a job. I haven't laughed so hard at something on a wrestling show as I did at the face Jericho made when he said the Undertaker's name. Rocked so incredibly hard, I <3 Jericho.

I liked how they segwayed the energy from the opening segment directly into Vince ? Cena. Pitting Cena against Vince is such an amazingly good idea. The blue collar American hero against the cocky buisness tycoon? Fantastic. Awesome promo by the both of them. I wonder how much of it they plan before they go out. In any case, Mcmahon and Cena have great chemistry.

HBK-Taker, well what can you say, really. Epic, clearly. Well done. Great to see both guys really turn it on for this time of year. Extremely well done interaction.

I didnt really understand the closing segment, but I suppose they will go the "well im awesome Batista do I aint scared of ya" way of things. He really had no purpose in doing all that, besides being an asshole, I suppose. I dunno. Still a segment that gave Batista mega heat. Im guessing those little smattering of cheers we see for Batista every week will be gone now LULZ.

Awesome show. A

This week's RAw took me back to my childhood when it seemed like forever for the clock to strike 9, with the Elimination Chamber aftermath and the WM build-up finally happening, i was all in! HBK/Undertaker would have been enough, but i enjoyed the way the Cena/Batista segment played out. it was well done. I was looking at the time the match started and it was about 11 o clock, so i was already thinking "something is about to happen, this was a set-up" but i loved how Batista low blowed him to get him to WM and then beat the crap out of him, i think it came off well on t.v. and made you want to see the match even more. If you look at it, Cena hasnt gotten the upper hand on Batista...EVER! Royal Rumble when it was down to Batista/Cena, Batista won. Batista won the first match, and Batista has dominated Cena on recent RAWs. WWE should continue that as it makes the kiddies pull for Cena even more! But it was a good RAW ending, a good RAW!

AWESOME episode of Smackdown last night, really just about everything you could ask for from a wrestling program. Awesome opening promo by Jericho and Edge to help hype up their Wrestlemania match some more, I'm kind of shocked how quickly the crowds have gotten all the way behind Edge as a face again but I'm loving it.

The opening triple threat match between R-Truth, John Morrison, and Dolph Ziggler was the perfect example of why Smackdown is the best damn wrestling show on TV. They're able to perfectly mix good angles with great wrestling on free TV. Awesome opening contest with three great performers, I was a bit shocked to see Ziggler win but I'm glad he did as I really like Ziggler and he seems to have been put on the backburner for far too long.

Another wasted diva's segment, yawn, piss break, whatever. I think Michelle McCool is the new Diva's champion again, right? What the fuck was the point of that? Whatever.

Punk and Benjamin had my inner smark grinning big time, and I really wish they could've gotten another 5 minutes to work out there, but it's understandable why they had to cut it a bit short. Still, really good stuff for the time they were out there and I was really shocked to see how over Shelton has become lately, maybe the Benjamin haters will finally shut the fuck up. Bit shocked to see Benjamin win at first, but I'm glad as he always steps his game up for the Money in the Bank match and with Mysterio's interference this is most likely setting up a Punk-Mysterio match at Wrestlemania, which is fucking awesome and just another incredible match to add to the already STACKED Wrestlemania card.

The main event was damn good as well, great to see Edge in the ring again and he didn't look to have a bit of ring rust on himself at all, busting out different variations of northern lights suplexes, I was rather impressed by Edge last night. Very cool seeing him wrestle the Miz, those two worked well together and put on a solid main event, if they had been given just a wee bit more time and if had been more than just a glorified lengthy squash match I would've been happier, but it was still a damn good main event and a great way to end the show.

Last night was just a perfect example of why I love Smackdown. Great wrestling, great booking, great angle, just all around the most consistently entertaining wrestling show on television today. Just an A episode all the way, holy fuck the WWE has been on fire this past week.

I guess the forum's back up now. I really liked Raw last night but for one main reason: Orton. There's something special about that guy and the average fan has taken notice. Did you hear the fans going crazy when Orton started pounding on the ground for the RKO (before they saw Rhodes)? My one hope is that they just leave the feud to Legacy. Don't bring in Kofi or anyone else to help Orton, unless it's someone that might make sense. And I still don't see why people think Ted is special or somehow above Cody. I'm sorry but I just don't see it.

The guest host thing is getting old and I really hope it's done away with. It's just bad TV and most of the hosts don't really mesh well with what WWE says is its target audience.

The Batista/Cena thing isn't that great in my mind. It could have been cool if the title wasn't involved but it really seems to me that they're playing it up as a Rock/Austin type feud and it's not. It's just not.

I was a bit surprised by the end of the show with HBK not attacking HHH. But it looks like we'll get HHH/Sheamus, which while I'm not too interested in it, I'm also not against it.

And Christian's chances just keep getting better with the other MitB guys, unless they pull a big swerve on us. I wonder what Punk, Kofi, and Morrison will do for Mania? Punk/Morrison is one of my favorite quiet feuds since they've never been on the same side and their matches are always great. Maybe throw Kofi in there and we've got a neat wildcard match. Overall it was an average show but the Orton segment pushed it up in my mind.

Well I did like the Orton part of Raw, and it turned out to be the best part of Raw. Orton will get some time as a babyface, but if they put him in a handicap match next week, what does that say about his two opponents, Legacy?

Bret Hart's angle has been handled so poorly. It could have been one of the most epic angles of all time. They could have done it a lot more tasteful. How about Bret HArt demanding his father go into to Hall of Fame in exchange for a match at Mania, making Bret look like he is fghting for his father's honour instead of for vengence.

Poor night for DX on all levels I thought. What did it prove? Triple H is even more of a pansy? But it set up a SHeamus angle against him, which isnt interesting right now.

Santino let Swagger go over, so there is another guy who has no chance of winning the MITB match.

The Guest hosts were alright, but some of the skits should have been cut to half their length. The pillow fight was nothing more thna the average diva angle. Nothing good.

Raw was mixed this week. I was disappointed with the overall wrestling content of the show. Two of the MITB qualifying matches on the show last night and they were little more than squash matches. The Swagger/Santino match may have lasted 60 seconds, but I don't think it did. The Orton/DiBiase match was pretty decent and hinted of some things to come. However, they're really going to have to kick it up a few notches if they want to have something with Orton and Legacy at WM and make it interesting.

At first, I kind of liked the Cheech and Chong backstage skits. The first one was kind of funny but they should've just stopped with that one. The Divas pajama pillow fight was a total waste of time.

Batista easily cut the greatest promo of his career last night. It was a damn good promo in my view and the rivalry between him and Cena is more personal than just over a title. At least, it's being built that way. A lot of the common complaints I read about regarding Cena online were touched on during the promo, which was a nice touch, and Cena citing the fact that he works his ass off for the WWE was a good addition too.

The DX match accomplished several things last night. It wasn't a great match but it wasn't intended to be. What was accomplished was ShowMiz gaining more credibility by gaining their second clean win over DX. The Miz received another nice rub if you look at it because, once again, he gained the pinfall on HBK. Miz can say he's beaten HBK twice, fairly in the center of the ring. To some degree, Taker and HBK are now even as Taker kinda sorta but not really kept DX from winning the tag titles. Nobody expected DX to win last night, but this moves things along with Taker/HBK. HBK's obssession with Taker got in the way again and cost a victory in a title match. I wasn't expecting Sheamus last night so having him show up and beat down Triple H was a good touch. However, as with Orton and Legacy, WWE is going to have to kick things up a notch between these two over the next few weeks to get interest built up for 'Mania.

Last night was the only time I haven't really dug the Bret Hart and Vince McMahon feud. The feeling just wasn't there and it showed, especially on Bret Hart's part. It cooled off a little this week, but I'm confident that momentum can be regained. I'm actually hoping that Bret is pulling a swerve on Vince and that he'll just pull the cast off and say that it wasn't really broken and that he only put the word out that it was in order to lure Vince into a false sense of security, hence letting his ego get ahead of him and then want to fight Bret at 'Mania.

Overall, I thought last night was decent, but not nearly as good as it was last week.

I thought last week's show was better as well. I'm just tired of seeing DX together in the ring. The good thing is though that we probably won't see DX anytime soon after their loss to MizShow. I love Cheech and Chong, but they just felt out of place on Raw. I mean getting a sugar high from Lucky Charms? Cheech and Chong are 60 not 6.

OKC was a great crowd though. They were into every match. It was nice to see the divas in pajama shorts, but a pajama pillow fight match? The divas division is becoming a bigger joke each week. Gail Kim actually got injured in that match. How can someone get injured in a pillow fight match? It's also a shame that the pillow fight match lasted longer then both the MITB matches combined. It was nice to see Swagger get the win, and I'm glad MVP won't be wrestling the Miz again in a useless match at Wrestlemania.

Orton has been getting huge reactions over the past few weeks. The problem is legacy isn't getting that big of a reaction at all. Cody and Ted really haven't done anything to solidify themselves as credible heels. I mean if we are going to see Orton dominate Rhodes and Dibiase on Raw each week, what is the point of watching their match at Wrestlemania?

I haven't been a Batista fan in the past, but Batista made me one last night. That was the best promo I've heard from him or anyone in WWE in a long time. Batista's promo was about his jealousy towards Cena being the top dog in WWE, instead of the usual I want to be the champ routine we are used to hearing. It was also nice to see Cena actually humbled for once instead of being his Superman Preacher character that always gets the last word.

The worst part of the show even worst then the pillow fight and Lucky Charms references, which weren't that bad compared to what we're used to seeing is the Bret Hart and Vince McMahon segment. We knew that maybe these two would announce their match at Mania which isn't the problem. The way they did it was just so lousy and uneventful. Vince came out overacting and Bret was yelling every 5 seconds.

It was like watching an old scripted married couple bicker on a TV show. It wasn't realistic and just embarrassing. I have counted the days for Bret to return to the WWE and even have one last match, but the build up so far has been a huge letdown. Bret looks weak and out of place on Raw week after week. His character is just so weak and modest its sickening.

The man may be limited physically, but you think he would be able to show emotion, fear, anger or something. In 97 as a heel Bret had the best promos ever. Now he sounds like he is asleep when he's talking. Vince is just too over the top and ridiculous you just want to cry out Stop!. we get it. You screwed Bret! click... what else is on.

It looks like Raw will have 2 big matches with Cena against the 60 year old Chairman and Orton against Legacy. TNA will have Abyss and 50 year old Hogan against AJ Styles and 60 year old Ric Flair. What is this Senior Citizen night? I thought Vince was retired from in ring action anyways.

Overall the show wasn't as good as last week's but still passable. Sheamus' assault on Triple H was a bit too little too late but it was nice to see it. Next week's show should be interesting with competition. I just hope if the show sucks that Criss Angel will make it disappear.

I thought that the promos on this weeks RAW kicked ass. Well, mainly the Batista- Cena one. Everything about Batista is just awesome right now. From the fashionable clothes to the smarmy dominating stance, he is quickly becoming one of the top heels in the company right now. Batista, we're talking about. The way he charted the parallel of their careers and then mixed in the jealousy of having to play second fiddle to Cena felt very real to me, and I'm sure Batista has felt those emotions, especially after originally being the big deal at Wrestlemania 21. That whole segment was awesome.

As for the Bret Hart/McMahon confrontation, yeah it was pretty okay. Set up what it needed to, and there's still 4 weeks to really turn it up. One thing I loved more than anything though was when McMahon was just screaming at Bret, begging him to fight him, and they had a close up of Bret's face. Hart was completely stonefaced, taking up all this abuse, and in the reflection of his sunglasses, you could see McMahon right up in his face going nuts. That was one of the best shots I've seen in a long time.

So yeah. Coolies.

the main event to me tonight was just... bad..

They really made Cena look weak.. I mean a jobbers came in and manhandled Cena,Koslove started it and fairly took Cena down beating him easily.. I guess I don't get that..

Then ofcourse Batista comes in and beats him down.. it was so predictable..

Was anyone else disappointed with this?
