I'm pretty sure you say someone is black, but on medical forms it has black-african or black-caribbean to clarify. But we don't have an equivalent to "african-american", it's just "black"

Hey... You do gotta give the Cards credit. They just played a better game that day. And they beat the Eagles... The Steelers are gonna be a bitch and a half. Their defense is fucking ridiculous. Paolumalu (or however you spell it) can bend space and time... I've fucking seen him do it. He is in places he should never be in amounts of time not humanly possible. Him and Ward are our biggest threats... I'm praying the Cards can figure out a strategy, but it's gonna be a HELLUVA game either way! GO CAAAAAAAARDS!

If Adrian Wilson is on his game, Ward shouldn't be a problem. Your real problem is Santonio Holmes. I think he's the most under-rated big play threat in the NFL. He can kill you as a wideout, or as a returner. Polamalu won't affect your passing game much, but he will make it a bitch to get the short yardage conversions. Hightower is a joke, so James better step up and quit complaining about palying time. The difference is going to be how you stop Pittsburgh's run. If you make Ben pass more than 25 times, you should win.

Yeah,I noticed today that Roethlisberger is NOT very full of stamina... Hightower is a joke, I agree, But with James and Fitzgerald, we should be ok. As long as the officials don't try to screw us again... As anybody could plainly see today, that kickoff did NOT land out of bounds after it touched the players hand, and was indeed recovered by the Cardinals... Screwed us out of a touchdown that would have made the fourth quarter less stressful for the rest of us...lol. And While I admit, I don't wish ill towards anybody, I reeeeealy hope that Ward isn't able to play...lol. All I know, is that the Steelers defense is going to be a bitch to get around and do anything with. If they shut down our offense, we're gonna have to rely on Pittsburgh's Offense making some mistakes out there... Here's to hoping!

I didn't watch the games today, but I'm sure the officials screwed up something somewhere. You have a lot more than James and Fitzgerald on offense. Boldin is great, and Breaston is under-rated as a possession receiver. Your defense should do OK at stopping the run, especially with Dansby and Okeafor...

Don't count on their offense making mistakes. If Ben gets in truble with turnovers, he can always slow it down and just throw dump offs to Spaeth and Miller, and you don't have anyone big enough to take them down without them getting a few extra yards.

I don't know how "African-American" ever became politically correct...Most black people that live in the US, aren't from, and have never been to, Africa. They're black. I'm not caucasian, I'm white. I don't see why there needs to be a fancy name.

Black may not be the nicest possible word, but it's a hell of a lot better than "property" and "slave", isn't it?

For a person with parents of a different race, 'half-caste' used to be okay, then it was deemed offensive, and 'mixed race' was okay. Now apparently that's offensive and you have to refer to them as "of dual heritage". Am I the only one who sees how stupid it is? Plus, I have friends 'of dual heritage' and none care if they're calld mixed race. The whole politically correct thing just annoys me.

I know a few people of mixed races, and they don't mind being called Oreo. They say the PC term is "mulatto", but that makes me think of coffee and Dunkin Donuts. I don't see what the problem with any term is, as long as it isn't blatantly derogatory. I have a very thick skin, but "cracker" and "honky" piss me off because of the ignorance it takes to use a word like that...

Hmmm...really? I guess it just really depends on the person. I'm Half White (Irish, German, Dutch) and Half Mexican (No fucking clue what all is mixed in there...) But I look Mexican. So I get the "Beaner, Spic, Wetback, Rake Pushing Mexican" type shit... Doesn't offend me one bit, because ignorant people make me happy. They give me a release for my anger and pent up frustrations... It only offends me because I never hear words like "Honky or Cracker". What about the white in me, ya know? It feels left out sometimes!! As far as what to call a mixed race, I have no problem with being called "Mixed". I think "Mulatto" is more of a color anymore these days, anyways. Now, if someone called me a Mutt or some stupid shit like that, we're gonna have a problem on our hands... Otherwise, the blatantly derogatory remarks don't upset me in the slightest. I think it's just an opportunity to look through a window into the souls of the truly stupid and ignorant, and embrace how far most of us have come in terms of the evolution of social acceptance, tolerance, and otherwise general apathy concerning the importance of a persons skin color or heritage.
