Right, I'm going to explain an element that I left people asking questions over, even getting PMs about it (I was at a Wedding and just got back). The question being, what does 'Choice' mean?

Well the answer is exactly that, you have a choice that week, a new element introduced this year in the Debator's League. You can either choose to have a week off, or you can choose 'Double or Trouble' which is a special debate everyone gets (if you choose to go 'DoT'). If you win, the points earned in that round is doubled and added to your total score, however if you lose, the points you have been given against you will be subtracted from your score.

So whatever time you have a choice week, a thread will be up whether you wish to have a week off that week or go 'Double or Trouble', please note that the 'Double or Trouble' choice will not be contested with ease, that is guaranteed.

Is there a limit of amount of times you can post for your argument of the thread? I mean let's say I start off. My opponent replies to me to state his case. Can i reply to counter his case again? And will he then be allowed to counter my counter, continuing it like that until the end of the week?

That's how it works, no limit to how often you both reply and counter reply. You keep going as much as you like. Usually when you feel you've said enough, use a conclusive round up. But in short, no limit to how often you reply.
