NFL Week 17 LD

Anyone who ever thought Tebow would be more than what we've seen from him is an idiot to say the least. I've never thought Tebow was any good as a QB, and I've been proven right time and time again.

So since he's better than Blaine Gabbert does that make you a total ****** for ever thinking he would be good?

Actually GSB, the Lions have an awful run game. They aren't a playoff team with Shaun Hill (their backup) at QB. You aren't giving Stafford enough credit.

Mendenhall may have a torn ACL. Pitt still shouldn't have any problems with Denver but I don't see them having much success beyond that with a banged up Roethlisberger at qb and Issac Redmond, Mewelde Moore, and John Clay at running back.

Stafford isn't as important to the Lions success as Eli is to the Giants? Are you fucking serious? In the two seasons Stafford has been injured, the Lions went 2-14 and 6-10. With Stafford playing all 16 games, they went 10-6, and made the playoffs. And 40 fucking touchdowns/5000 passing yards had nothing to do with the Lions success...right. I guess Drew Brees had little to do with the Saints record either...

Especially if they have to go into Baltimore...

I actually wanted Christian Ponder and Andy Dalton more than Gabbert, but I will fully support him as long as he's the Jags quarterback. Plus, being the youngest quarterback in the NFL with the worst receiving corps in the league didn't help matters either.

There is no way I'd say he's better than Gabbert as of right now, but I'm not going to argue that Gabbert has been any good.

I don't think I've been that critical of him. I just think he is at best the fourth best QB in the NFC. Maybe fifth or sixth when you start to throw in Newton, Ryan and Vick.

And before anyone starts to argue, he has been better than Vick this year. I haven't seen enough of Newton or Ryan.

Story of the Cowboys' life: play dog awful in the first half and dig a huge hole, then play great in the second but we're too far behind to catch up.
