Sounds like drama either way to me. I say just disregard it entirely. If you and your girlfriend are close enough and trust each other enough and communicate well enough, some random douche isn't going to cause any real harm.

Talk to your girlfiend about it if she isn't happy either, say that you'll just ignore what he does because it must be a bit tough for her considering she's with you now and used to be with him.

But if it totally continues, let her know how angry its getting you.

The guy is a family friend now. He's like apart of her family. My girlfriend and him are now really good friends since they broke up, but it's absolutely plain for all to see that he still likes her. His Facebook profile picture is of my girlfriend front and centre, with some of their friends.

Now you may have a problem. You do need to talk to your girlfriend about it, and can't let it stew.

I intend to mate. But we kind of already have. And she has already said that their just friends... and I know that she wouldn't cheat... at least I think I do.

She isn't a slag at all, I'm only her second proper boyfriend (after Neil, who somehow managed to stay with Roz for 16 long months) and amazingly I was the person who took her virginity. Apparently Roz hated Neil during their relationship, but she couldn't end it with him because of her parents. It's all very complicated.

Well I suppose the only thing you can do right now is just ignore him and what not. But if he becomes really overbearing, you have to tell her what the deal is, and have her tell him to fuck off, no matter what her parents or brother say. But that is from an outside party, so I wouldn't know how difficult it would be.
