NCAA Football LD 2012-2013 Season

ND's been a fixture on the schedule, so that's not a great comparison.
Actually, that's why I used ND. If you add more conference games, you're less likely to get quality nonconference games.

Would LOL greatly if ND blew it to USCs freshman backup.

Who was a highly rated quarterback when he came out of high school two years ago, behind guys like Driskel and Braxton Miller.

It's not like he's a bad quarterback. He's a redshirt freshman who was highly recruited.

Still, it'd be one thing if it was Barkley. But a guy making his first start against a top defense? Would be a shocker and quite lol.

I've accepted my teams suckiness a while ago, both college and pro. Football has been unkind to me this year after the success my favorite college and pro team had last year. But my High School went deep into the playoffs so I guess that cancels it out a bit.

I think the field goal before the half was huge. Gave Notre Dame all the momentum in the World going into halftime.

Especially since it was Brindza's longest kick of his career. In fact, it is tied for the 2nd longest in Notre Dame History.

I didn't think he had the leg for it, and as such was scared they would have someone back to return the kick. Almost wanted them to fake it, but glad they didn't.

Just more proof that there's something special about this team and about this season.

Shit. Can't be coming away empty handed after turnovers.

Oh yeah, and there was another feather in the cap for the Heis-Manti movement.

Theo Riddick is playing his as off.

He'll be an interesting player on Sundays. Converted Wide Receiver (actually a running back in HS who moved to WR and back to HB while at ND). Has the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield and run. Probably a mid round pick, but he may be something.

I have a couple of friends who are Michigan fans. To say Michigan fans had a bad day would be an understatement.

What an awesome feeling right now. My dad said it best, "If it couldn't happen in South Bend, I'm glad it happened at SC".

Awesome. That goal line stand was fucking epic.

Well another year, another disappointing NC game. Gonna have to avoid ESPN the two weeks leading up to avoid all the ass kissing that will be going on. Ugh. Damn you Oregon for choking and not giving me someone to root for.

Mainly because Georgia has one win over a good team all year. I don't think they've proven they're one of the two best teams in the country. If they beat Alabama convincingly then maybe but at the moment, no.

1. Your dad is 100% correct.

2. That Goal Line Stand will be something talked about for decades. Absolutely amazing. Something amazing I saw on Twitter (from ESPN): Entering today, Notre Dame had held opponents to -31 yards rushing in goal-to-go situations, held USC to 0 yds on 3 straight runs from 1.

Oregon, but that's not going to happen for various reasons.
I'd rather see Oregon in it, but I'd also rather see the SEC get its ass kicked, so beating Bama or Georgia is fine by me.

If they get left out, people will bitch and moan, so put them in so they can get their ass kicked too, and they will shut up (hopefully).

I'm far more interested this year than last year.

Georgia beat Florida, who has beat 4 teams in the Top 12 this year. They will also have beaten Alabama.

wow no love for South Carolina?

If they had a reliable WR/TE they could've beaten LSU.

Their defense is solid though. Did you see JaDeavon Clowney today against Clemson? 4.5 sacks.
