MLB Championship Series LD

Don't these fans realize by now they should get out of the way when it's their team chasing a ball into the stands?
1. Most people don't think of it, especially people in those types of seats, whom likely aren't the real die-hards who would think about stuff like that.
2. They should move out of the way because a 200 pound athlete is running right towards them, regardless of the location of the ball.

Good Job by AJ putting up a 0 after his team tied it back up.

I just saw an ad for Dwayne Johnsons new movie, and it looked pretty good. Especially since it's meant for people like me, not people 20 years younger then me.

The one where he's looking for answers to his brother's murder right? I want to go see that. I still find it weird to call him Dwayne Johnson though.

It's nice to have a manager that's 4-0 on the road in the playoffs. Yet he's 1-4 at home, I guess it helps that they never have home field advantage.

yeah, that's the film. It's called "Faster" apparently. I'll definitely be seeing this faster then Tooth Fairy.

I call him Dwayne Johnson because when he's acting, it feels weirder to say "Billy Bob Thorton and The Rock." And it's been over 5 years.

To me, it's after seeing his face and recognizing it as the Rock for so long. I still find it strange to call him by his real name. It's like calling HHH Paul Levesque or The Undertaker Mark Calloway.

They have home field this series...

And it's also nice to have a World Series Winning manager.

Nick Swisher up with 2 on, and the guy who REALLY deserves credit for the Rangers pitching success just visited the mound.

Oh yeah, I forgot the Yankees were the wild card team for a second.

Agreed, but for me it would only be that way if H or Taker started publicly going by their aforementioned real names.

Don't blame you, they actually have a better record then the Rangers. The Rays won the division on the last game of the season. The Yankees "tanked" for the Wild Card so they could beat up on the Twins in the ALDS. I'd say that was a smart idea.

I'm surprised they let Hunter face Berkman here. He did absolutely murder him last time up (even if it went foul by half a hair).

Uh oh, bases are loaded and the Rangers manager (who's name escapes me right now) isn't that happy and let's face it who would be? That's the night for Hunter.

Hunter just couldn't put the guys away with 2 strikes. Don't blame Washington for pulling Hunter. He couldn't close the batters out.

You can call me Nostratrooper.

Ron Washington. And he isn't happy because he hasn't had a line of coke recently.

OK, that was a joke. He only did it once, and got caught. Only once.

GREAT, GREAT play by Andrus. Might have saved Texas's chances tonight.

Good job Gardner. destroy the camera why don't you.

I want them to keep going to that camera view. The broken glass looks sweet.

Good job by the pitcher to minimize the damage that inning. If that ball gets past Andrus this could've been a big inning for the Yankees.

He did seem a little off during that interview now that you mention it.

The Rangers are lucky they escaped that inning with just allowing one run scored.

and unlike the Cubs, the Yankees get their Bartman play, and get this, DON'T GIVE UP 8 MORE RUNS, instead get a fly out to end the inning. But lets all blame a fan trying to catch a baseball he is clearly allowed to try and catch.

Thing is, the play that happened today looked much more catchable then Bartmans.

But I guess when you haven't won anything in 100+ years you can use anything as an excuse. :lmao:
