Involving HHH with Punk means involving HHH in the title picture which is, well, stupid.

My idea wasn't to have Triple H involved in the title scene but to have 2 Mouthpieces (Punk/Heyman) put more pressure on Triple H in the build to Summerslam. The only thing that made me think of Punk aligning himself with heyman is when he said he was a Heyman guy. Probably won't happen like this just thinking of ways to make the Triple H / Brock Lesnar fued more intense.

Imagine this : Punk opens Raw saying he was sick playing 2nd best to John Cena all the time, so he is changing his approach. He introduces Heyman as his new manager who will help him conquer the Authority (Triple H). Triple H appears and Heyman and Punk mouth off at him. When Heyman is alone in the ring with Triple H he is usually decked after bringing up something personal. Would Triple H be so fast to floor Heyman if Punk was stood there? Triple H now needs some backup. Cena comes out to offer his boss some much needed help. Cena joins the Promo and right there we see the 2 main fueds going on at the moment building in the opening segment of the show.

This idea may have been thought of seeded by and/or created by paul heyman but that doesn't mean he has to be in it. I think along the lines of many of you, but the "mastermind" or "glue" to the whole idea won't be Heyman, it will be Laurenitus, who is expected to return in some form as a character. He, big show and Punk can all claim to be victims of the system, and big johnny through his "connections" with the board of directors can combat the mcmahans to make the world better for his guys. that's where i fear this is going. another direction could be punk's connections with aJ making him realize he may be able to get his way by acting more healish. but don't count this out, bringing in guys like colt cabana dean ambrose and some of the other roh alumns and sort of having a heal version of the "revolution" stable that benoit, saturn, malenko and a few others formed in WCW. i think that would be cool. have them engage in "gorilla warfare" against the establishment, where you never know where and when they will strike, you don't even have to book them to be seen together at all the majority of the time.

I like the idea of Punk leading a heel stable but the key to it would be not being the chickenshit heel. Have him give a promo next week talking about how for the past year he has tried to bring wrestling back to, well, wrestling. Yet still today the company remains behind guys like The Rock and John Cena, and the Universe still get in an uproar about dinosaurs acting like high schoolers yelling "Suck It" and Dwayne with his dumbass eye brow. This is when he work-shoots the fans about who they support. Finally he ends it with saying "No longer am I gonna try to bring wrestling back, i'm gonna shove it down your damn throats." Perfect opportunity to use RoadDog here to stand up for The Attitude generation as well as John Cena. Get a little verbal confrontation between them. RoadDog starts heading to the ring when all of a sudden Cesaro and Sandow come flying from the back and beat the shit out of RoadDog. There is your Summer Storyline "The Revolution Of Wrestling." Eventually you work Ambrose and Rollins into the stable. Now you got 5 guys who can legit go when they want to but if in a bind they will all have the heelish qualities to cheat and help each other out. At SummerSlam you can toss a bone to fans of a re-united New Age Outlaws vs Sandow and Cesaro. Have Sandow and Cesaro win of course.

Okay, I'm a first time poster but I have been lurking the site/forums for around a year or so now. I was going to wait until after raw next week to see what they are going to do with punks direction, however I may have came up with something that may work no matter what he his being pushed as even though tweener/heel would more than likely be the direction.(also this will be a slower and smaller faction make leading up to wrestle mania this year).

Punk comes out on raw and drops another pipebomb answering everything. Cena interrupts saying he deserves another shot at the title, but this time at summerslam, however DB comes out saying he also deserves a shot at the title leading up to a number 1 contender match later in the night. Obviously cena gets the win seeing as they are setting up DB with Charlie sheen in some form for summerslam, if not make it a 3 way match.

Now if it's just the punk vs cena, have punk go over and rematch at Night Of Champions During their match, DB interferes and attacks cena. Hell in a cell is then set as a three way with cena going over. Now the rock comes back
around reminding of us about the RR. Both punk and DB interrupt at different times and an eventual beatdownon the rock starts with cena making the save setting up a survivor series match. (Yes stealing an idea from last year and making it better.)

Now we jump to the RR with cena vs rock 2. I would have the rock go over and either punk wins the RR match or after the match go on the attack with DB. The following Monday we have punk come out saying the rock doesn't deserve his championship and he will be the number one contender after elimination chamber, with DB already out there stating the same. Cena comes down and says he is also entering the chamber to have another rematch with the rock. Rocky comes down blahblah, then Brock Lesners music hits, with heyman and himself coming down. The rock thinks he's there to challenge as well, but a beatdown by the three heels commences.

If there were enough dates I'd have the rock vs lesner at elimination chamber as the main event. Punk wins the chamber match, rock goes over lesner because of dq. Brock, punk and DB start another beatdown, with Cena trying to make a save to an avail. Then the lights go out, the gong hits and undertaker makes the save setting up UT vs Brock, punk vs the rock ans DB vs cena at WrestleMania.

Small team consisting of stars, mainly two with Brock on and off. Now I know most of you won't like it, but just think of how WWE and Vince likes to do things. It keeps Cena as a face and allows him to get more cheers, the rock gets his belt and punk/DB can be elevated. Now there's more alternative routes I could take depending on who UT picks for WM as well.

Punk has a good history in leading stables, and he's been a pretty good leader in both of the groups that he leaded (New Nexus and SES), BUT, I believe that both him and the WWE doesn't need that at the moment. Right now the WWE is looking for a strong competitive heel to put up against John Cena and The Rock.

Let's take a look at WWE's roster. The only two people that can seem to be strong enough as heels are Randy Orton and CM Punk. The first one is suspended.

I don't mind siding him with Paul Heyman. Imagine the awsome mic work that could come out of it. The thing is, CM Punk doesn't need other guys to create heat for him. He has proven that over the years.

To get to the point, a stable would make Punk look weak and could even possibly damage the potential future plans the 'E might have in stock for him regarding Wrestlemania and Royal Rumble.

Over the past 3 years we had 5 failed stables attempt that didn't really led anyway other than giving us something to watch while they were on a roll. By that I mean they had to impact in the future of the superstars that were involved. I'm talking about Legacy, SES, Nexus, New Nexus and Corre. It has been overdone. The problem is that Evolution and The NWO set the stable standards too high. In the end everyone compere every stable to these two and finally that stable turns out to be bad just because it is inferior to them. Even the Op himself created an Evolution-type stable and I don't think he even realised. Heck, I even compered his stable to Evolution and I didn't mean to do it. It comes out automatically.

So, to sum up, Punk has the potential to become the greatest heel of the decade that is coming, his name might be written in history in the same list as Hogan's, Piper's Triple H's names are written. And who knows, maybe that's what is needed in order to really name Punk the Top Baybface.

And let's not forget, If Punk wants to back up everything he says about being the Best In The World then he really shouldn't get a stable. Just he him roll in the way he knows.

No CM Punk doesn't need it and nor do any of the guys you mentioned. In fact for Punk it'd be a step backwards. WWE just can't book a stable. We've had several of them over the past three years and they all fell on their ass. They look strong for about a week or two then they get punked out by the babyfaces left and right. The last heel stable WWE had that was credible was Evolution.

I was advocating last year for ADR, Punk, the Miz and an enforcer (I was thinking Brodus Clay) to join forces on Raw to go against Cena. Booked right I think that could have worked (was before Punk's worked shoot promo though).

Now I would say that Punk is so well established in the fans' minds as the Best in the World that he doesn't need back up.

If anything I would allign him with Daniel Bryan and put them on a mission to take over Smackdown and Raw and prove to the WWE that their type of wrestler is the future of the company. If you really wanted a stable you could easily have guys like Tyler Reks, Evan Bourne and Antonio Cesaro as their lackies

I really like this idea, props homey. I would also love to see the revision of the Second City Saints, complete with Punk, Colt Cabana, and honorary members Dean Ambrose and either Seth Rollins or Chris Hero. All of which have been very successful on the Independent circuit, but with exception of Punk (who is WWE champ but still not treated to top billing) none have been given a legitimate shot at being a star in the WWE. They could bring their bad attitudes to "corporate sellouts" like Cena, Miz & Sheamus abusing them at will, and they should be allowed to use most of their awesome Indy skill sets, that would show up the cookie cutters, and allow the SCS to appear to the fans that they are superior and have a valid point for being so mad about not getting their big break for "presumably" not having the right look. Unfortunately I don't ever foresee either yours or my scenario happening, but either idea would be tremendous if they did imo.

Well, I think CM Punk would have to have lackies that are talented, but not carrying huge egos. I mean every star has an ego, but not everyone has a huge one. I think CM Punk should form a faction called VOV (Voices of the Voiceless) with himself as leader follwed by Jack Swagger, Heath Slater, Curt Hawkins, Cody Rhodes, and Drew Mcintyre. These guys are talented but keep getting the shaft by WWE. Sure, Jack, Cody, and Drew held titles but were never kept at the top and had some really stupid storylines. These guys need to get serious and get some revenge and some ice cream bars.

I don't want to see Punk in another stable. SES was ok and him as the nexus leader sucked due to wwe dragging the whole nexus angle on for too long.

I think it would be cool if they did a stable of just Punk, Lesnar, and Big Show, and of course Heyman would be tacked on with them. This could lead to a monster main event at Survivor Series where Punk,Lesnar, and Show face off against Cena, The Rock, and Triple H.You could even keep Stephanie McMahon involved to continue to counter Heyman. All of the men involved stories intertwine pretty easily. Every wrestler has recently had a problem with atleast two wrestlers of the opposing team. In Punk and Cena's case they've had had a feud or somekind of altercation with all three of the wrestlers in their opposing team.

CM Punk leading another stable? Please no. We all witnessed how Nexus became instantly irrelevant the moment he became their leader.

I've seen on Twitter where Kevin Nash is claiming the NWO is returning with Punk as their leader. He even said "We'll protect the gold." along with, "Don't worry CM Punk, we got your back." While I think it may be interesting to see a returning NWO, stables have been done to death in WWE the last few years wit SES, Nexus, New Nexus, DX. All started off strong and then withered down to nothing. I'd love to see a return o NWO, I just don't see it happening or going very well if it does. WWE has had a tendacy to screw these sort of things up as of late.

Cm punk has stated on his twitter than he wont be the leader of any other stable, more of a rebel now anyway,a lone wolf you can say.The whole SES thing was okay for a while,i really wish luke gallows could have been more of an independent superstar after that but eh.

I saw on Facebook WWE re imaging the NWO and blah blah and it had me going...what would REALLY WORK?

The Technicians: A team of WRESTLERS!!! lead by vet

Willam Regal (Manager) CM Punk, Tyson Kidd, Jack Swagger, Daniel Bryan

Cerberus: The three headed demon dog, who would the three heads of the monster be?

Big Show, Kane, Mark Henry

Wade, David Otunga, Prime Time Players, Migilicutty (I spelt that wrong im sorry), AND BRING HUSKY BACK i liked him

cant think of any more

Or we could have a group of performers grow mustaches, and have them form a stable! Put Santino in it, have him grow a beard instead of a mustache, and use that for comic relief! Or why not find every black wrestler on the roster and put them in a stable, since they have so much in common! (Fuck- WWF already did that.)

The mid-90's were littered with groups just like the ones you've made, who were thrown together on the basis of having some small feature in common. There's even a thread going in the Old School Wrestling section about which was the worst. Many people don't remember some of them, because they bombed so horribly. Stables that work tend to follow the "Four Horsemen" formula. One top-tier guy as the leader, one guy who's about a year shy of a breakthrough to the main event, and two guys you're trying to build who you're hoping will get a rub from the first two guys. There are exceptions, but it's a good rule of thumb to go by.

the only thing i could really think of would be something called S.O.B (south of the border) with primo epico hunico you get the idea this could only really be used for a survivor series like thing as i cant really think of a way to put them into a story, maybe have them constantly cause Rey his matches or something along those lines

I would have a faction called, "The Barrage".

It would consist of Wade Barrett, The leader of the group. I would add Drew Mac., Mayson Ryan, and Regal.

It would basically be a U.K. version of Evolution. Barrett is the Game, Regal is the vetran like Flair, Drew is the up and comer like Orton and Ryan is the muscle like Batista.

I think this group could work well for all involved. Barrett was never bigger than when he was the leader of the Nexus. I, personally hoped this would be the way he would return, as a member of a new and even more dominant faction set to take over the WWE. This group would put Drew and Ryan back on the map and Regal would get one more chance to really shine.

I could see them feuding with Cena, Sheamus, Orton, etc..

I would have Barrett challenge Triple H. at Mania 29 in a Lumberjack match for control over the WWE. Barrett would have the Barrage in his corner and the Game would have D.X. in his, or a reformation of Evolution for one night only.

I would have Triple H. win, but have The Barrage to continue to dominate the WWE. I would have Barrett win the WWEC. or WHC. I would have Drew Win the USC. or the INC. title. And I would have Regal and Ryan win the Tag titles.

You could have them adding new members after a while or more members, possibly Sheamus, the way the Nexus forced Cena to join. You could have the group start to crumble and fight over the leadership, have a new leader after a while, or just go their own ways when enough time has passed and Drew and ryan, especially can stand on their own as real forces in the WWE. Or Drew could finally be the Chosen One by teaming with Vince and destroying The Barrage by defeating Barrett at Mania 30, possibly.

So, that is the best faction I can think of at this time that I think would work and help further all 4 men's careers.

One other thought was to add a diva to the group which would be Layla because she's from the U.K.

I think this group would be really benificial, especially if the WWE are planning on having Mania 30 in London, England.

I want a faction based off all the ROH wrestlers currently in WWE:
CM Punk (leader), Bryan, Evan Bourne, Seth Rollins and Chris Hero maybe. Obviously they wouldnt use ROH in theyre name...but I think they could pull it off...claiming to be the ``real`` wrestlers. or something like that

LOL I like the idea of a mustache stable. Just imagine the possibilities once it is established with members. One night on Raw each member of "Mustache" could be placed in the first ever series of Mustache matches!

The rule, is if a member of the faction loses and gets his mustache shaved, then he is OUT!!! Kind of like those funny shave your head matches that Vince, Angle, and Punk all lost but with a mustache flair added to it.

Blah, the time has come to push buttons. Think of the payday the first gimmicks to wreck the PG rating will bring in.

The Cleansed

The beginning of this faction comes from Damien Sandow preaching after an embarrassing loss to Yoshi Tatsu. Damien preaches for weeks about how he's lost his way, but thanks to the heckling of the crowd he's seen "the light" and is clean now. Yoshi Tatsu is wrecked in a match vs Big Show or Khali, Sandow comes in a hoodless robe with an entourage of hooded monks. He peaches to Tatsu that this is only the beginning of his cleansing and that when the time comes he'll know what to do, before promptly leaving. Kane and Tatsu develop issues and have an inferno match at a ppv, hell in a cell perhaps. Kane is having issues with an ankle so Tatsu manages to get the upper hand. Damien's music hits and he comes to the ring with a gasoline can. Damien cuts an esoteric promo about fire and the great cleansing as told by the lightbringer. Damien hands the gas can to Yoshi, Kane is nursing his ankle showing terror in his eyes. Yoshi pours the gasoline onto himself with an entranced look and lights himself of fire, Kane cowers in terror at the brief sight. Yoshi is promptly extinguished and Kane wins. From here in Kane is terrified of his own shadow and only regains his confidence after being recruited by Damien and Yoshi. The three men set their sights on Sin Cara and fail, despite repeated attempts, to make him repent his good guy persona and become the anti to his previous Mistico gimmick. Ryback actively challenges The Cleansed and takes them on in a gauntlet match at a ppv. Ryback beats Yoshi and Kane, Damien congratulates Ryback and introduces his next opponent, "Mephisto". Sin Cara, in more demonic gear, comes out to a slower and more haunting version of his theme. Ryback is nearly beaten by the finesse of Mephisto, but pulls out a victory making him win the full match. Ryback, exhausted, is congratulated by a very happy Damien Sandow. Ryback is told that he passed his trial of fire nicely and is promptly beaten down by all four men until being saved by a random face. When his composure returns, Ryback appears entranced and wrecks the face who saved him.

Thus we have a team of guys who don't claim any actual Satan worship, but leave little to the imagination.

It would be a welcome change to the usual goofy bullshit we're having to settle for.

There's another idea my neurons have been playing table tennis with.

The Bastards

I imagine that Del Rio, with much interference pulls out a win against Shaemus and takes the World Title. Del Rio rants, amidst apologies from Michael Cole, that while he is a legitimate person, Shaemus is nothing more than a bastard. Strong word for the PG crowd, but not really crossing the line. Shaemus is unsuccessful in is rematch for the belt and is beside himself, taking some time to find himself. Del Rio has a similar title match situation with Wade Barrett, whom the fans have started warming up to. Del Rio loses it again and after beating him in heel fashion, rants that he too is a bastard and that Del Rio is sick of fighting bastards. Del Rio is in a match with Drew Macintyre and demands to know if his parents were married when he was conceived. Drew cuts a promo where he admits that his dear da was a bit of a filanderer. Del Rio promptly leaves and is walking backward up the ramp talking trash. Shaemus and Wade come up behind him from the entrance and beat him down harshly. They bring his lifeless bush back to the ring and the match is started, Drew pins Del Rio in an arrogant manner. After this, they cut promos where if you need help with anything, call The Bastards.

Something for the nostalgic crowd that could still be fun for the idiot youth.

The Hookers

Daniel Bryan takes a loss and throws a fit afterward. In a worked shoot DB claims that he is only ever allowed to use a fraction of his full repertoire of moves by Vince and HHH because they're too boring. DB's opponent that just beat him comes back and DB hands over the mic. DB promptly attacks his opponent and locks on the cattle mutilation. DB is suspended, his influence is seen on other wrestlers who suddenly use more submission maneuvers in their move set. Tyson Kidd submits Tensai, Santino submits Cesaro. The three find themselves in the ring where DB cuts a promo on the fact that legendary wrestlers known as "Hookers" built the industry a hundred years ago and the new breed of Hookers intend to build it back from the rubble that it has become. Nearly every match showcases a new submission hold, promos are cut honoring Ed "Strangler" Lewis.

Let’s take a closer look at what the WWE has put out there.

The Million Dollar Corporation

20120919_article_FULL_groups_%24%24%24.jpg

Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O’Neil), Antonio Cesaro, Alberto Del Rio (Leader), Jinder Mahal, Brodus Clay

I think this group was well thought of and everyone in this group fits the Money theme perfectly. I’d even go as far as having Ricardo be the Ring Announcer for every member of the Stable. I would add Ted DiBiase to the group for obvious reasons.

The Ministry of Darkness

20120919_article_FULL_groups_DARK.jpg

Kane, Tensai, Yoshi Tatsu, Undertaker (Leader), Mark Henry, Aksana

This group is a great collection of power and experience. Yoshi Tatsu, with the help of the 4 veterans, could use this push and rub more than anyone in this whole post. I’m not sold on Aksana being a part of the group, but it could work if done right. Ariel would have been a better choice, or even Michelle McCool. Picture Mrs. Undertaker with dark black hair.

The Dangerous Alliance

20120919_article_FULL_groups_ALLIANCE.jpg

The Miz, Drew McIntyre, Eve, Paul Heyman (Manager), Brock Lesnar (Leader), Alex Riley

I like it. It makes sense. Even Eve fits in this Faction better than the other Divas in the other Fantasy groups discussed. I would add CM Punk, just because of the current storyline, and make him the actual Leader.

Dudes With Attitude

20120919_article_FULL_groups_DUDES.jpg

Rey Mysterio, The Great Khali, Sheamus (Leader), R-Truth, Santino Marella, Kofi Kingston

Just like the real Dudes With Attitude, this is just a Stable consisting of the Good Guys. If you want to really replicate the Dudes With Attitude, then the team should consist of John Cena, Randy Orton, Undertaker, Sheamus, Big Show, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, all as Faces of course.

The Flock

20120919_article_FULL_groups_FLOCK.jpg

Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, CM Punk (Leader), Curt Hawkins, Kaitlyn

I never really got into Raven’s Flock. I don’t know what it was, but they just never interested me. This Stable does look cool, but I would rather see the Nexus and the Corre reunite with Cena, Punk and Barrett at the helm.

The New World Order

20120919_article_FULL_groups_NWO.jpg

Christian, Michael Cole (Manager), Randy Orton, John Cena (Leader), Michael McGillicutty, The Big Show, David Otunga

I would love it if this was to happen and the SuperStars they selected to start the New New World Order would be perfect. I could see Orton eventually splitting from Cena’s N.W.O. and starting his own splinter group taking Hennig with him. I would think Cole and Otunga would stick with Cena, if anything, for the simple fact that Cena and Cole would be like Hogan and Bischoff, and Cena and Otunga were Tag Team Championship partners before. I can see Christian toying with the idea of being on the fence as to which side he would be a part of, similar to the Lone Wolf storyline with Scott Hall. Before the split, I think Big Show would retire, only because I can’t decide if he would side with Cena or Orton.

The Four Horsemen

20120919_article_FULL_groups_HORSEMAN.jpg

Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes, Wade Barrett

I like this team. It works for me. I would definitely add Ric Flair and / or Arn Anderson as the Manager(s). Without Ric or Arn, it’s just another Stable. For some reason, Barrett doesn’t seem like a right fit. I’m thinking of replacing him with McGillictty. That’s better, I think.

Well, I’m hoping all of these SuperStars are available in WWE 13, because I plan on making these Stables when I finally get the game.

Paul Heyman is back in the WWE. Something that most WWE fans didn't think would ever be again after Heyman was fired from the WWE last time during the first year of the ECW brand at that time. Now the WWE on WWE.com had recently came up with an issue on their site listing "the Paul Heyman Guys". And as we know three of them are currently active on the WWE roster. And two of them have been seen with Heyman on WWE TV.

WWE champion CM Punk, number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship the Big Show, and former WWE & UFC champion Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman had "the Dangerous Alliance" in the old WCW featuring future wrestling legends. Now what if Paul Heyman were to re-introduce the wrestling world to his old stable in the WWE to the next generation of wrestling fans?

They can be a more advanced faction than a Evolution or even the Four Horsemen with Heyman as the brain's & mouthpeice to it.

So how would a Dangerous Alliance 2.0 sound?

A faction led by Heyman looks to be upcoming. With him leading a group containing WWE champ, Punk, WHC- Ziggler, and Brock Lesnar that is already very strong and exciting.

Perhaps adding Rhodes and Sandow as a tag-team and this would be a very good faction with power and could dominate the WWE for a while.
