I agree that the Tensai gimmick is floundering a little bit because of the "Albert" chants. Here's something quick and easy the WWE could do to get the crowd more into his act. Have him acknowledge the chants instead of ignoring them.
Give Tensai a promo where he says something along the lines of this, "I am Lord Tensai. Albert died with my American heritage. All of you fans who chant Albert are disrespecting me and the Japanese culture, and the more you do it the more pain I will inflict on your heroes."
Then when Tensai is in the ring and the fans are chanting "Albert" at him have him react by turning up the intensity and really get aggressive with his opponent. This will either get the fans and engaged because they know the chants bother him, which would cause them to chant louder and louder. Or will kill the chants because the fans will feel responsible for the babyfaces' pain.
