they should have y2j lose the IC title to burchill via Katie Lea interference. Then, have Burchill v. Kennedy at NOC for IC title...allowing HBK/Y2J v. Rhodes/Hardcore to happen.

If they're doing it the same way as last years, you do not have to be a former champion to challenge for a championship. The only thing was that every title had to be on the line.
