Meh, I won't argue it with you guys, you either like him or you don't. I just find it asburd though that so many people on here seem to think he's the best comedian ever.

I don't think he is one of the best comedians ever, he is just one of my favorites. I'm pretty sure there has been a lot that were better than him but I just haven't seen any of their work.

Oh, man, I love me some Dave Chappelle!!! Not a fan of his stand-up, but his skits were so awesome. Besides Charlie Murphy's Hollywood Stories, I'll always treasure the New York Boobs, Tyrone, Clayton Bigsby, and Reparations skits from Chappelle's Show.

Dave Cheppelle is ok, I liked his Killing them softly special, the other ones were just kinda meh

When I watch Dave's show (which is not often) I will laugh here and there at certain things. But he is not a guy that makes me laugh for a whole show like Jeff Dunham does or makes me laugh real hard. For the most part he isn't that funny imo.

Probably. I just find that kind of humor to be not in the least bit funny. Same thing with Stephen Lynch. Cool, he says slightly humorous things while playing a guitar. Amazing.

Just wondering if anyone could give me like a specific reason or routine or example of why they find him funny. I'm honestly curious, I just don't understand it.

And I think Chris Rock is overrated too... He gets laughs because he's loud and says the N word all the time. I don't get it.

Chapelle is great, I used to love this old bit he did in the 90's about jerking off at a subway station, it was absolutely genius.

Not big on Katt Williams. Maybe a chuckle here and there, but overall I don't really find him to be funny. I in fact despise comedians like him, who's entire routine is based on variations of "Black people do this, but white people do this!" as comedy. Unless your name is Richard Pryor, we've seen it before.
