lol i disagree and i am going to say that the wwe IS slowly falling apart, Here are my reasons.
Raw - The only show that matters and even it has lost its flare. Im sure alot of u remember not being able to wait to tune in for raw, U had Austin and the rock going at it Dx Battling away, Jericho, Dudleys, Too Cool and kish Taking on the McMahon Helmsly Regime. Jericho Talking smack to the rock and taker and all this other Zany shit going on Fast Foward to now and tell me what u have Jericho, Rock, Austin, Dudleys, Too Cool GONE, Whats in there place Spirit Squad Vs McMahons?? The problem is apart from main eventers WWE doesnt give a shit about mid Carders anymore, IT goes Main Eventers______________________________________Divas____________________________________________________Mid Carders_______________________________Tag teams. A few years back Mid Carders actually had storylines they werent fighting over an announcer, And then laughing when they both turn on her BORING.
Sd Is and probably never will get back what it had, It is soon to become the new Thunder. Stories are stupid and lack imagination, They got Booker T and umm well thats about it really as Taker no longer wrestlers much.
I think the problem with it all is called Progression Sure ENTERTAINMENT has progressed, But has the wrestling NO, if u want entertainment u can watch Bold and the beautiful or whatever u americans watch
. What about the people that want WRESTLING to go with there entertainment. Back in the day the Two went hand in hand have all the storylines and build up the fued, Now its just Storyline with no fued.

I completely agree with your original post speelix. WWE is definitely falling apart. Also, not only is smackdown plagued with injuries, but most of their ratings come from hispanic households. Now that Rey Mysterio is no longer the World Heavyweight champion, I think those ratings may drop even larger (especially after the dissapointment GAB was). TNA's pay-per-views are ten thousand times better than WWE's and after I finally realized that, I finally decided to just stop watching WWE all together. I can't wait for TNA's ratings to reach the point that WWE's ratings are. TNA is runned by genius' and WWE is runned by a lunatic who thinks he will never be stopped. EX: TNA realized that their mic skills are a bit "blah", so what did they do? They brought in Jim Cornette who is great on the microphone. They give the mic to Christian, Eric Young, Jeff Jarrett, and Konan most of the time since they're good on the mic. All I know is, I watch wrestling to see wrestling and WWE is simply a circus.
no its not at all, r u guys crazy... it sucked from the end of the attitude era til last yr... then it strted to get good again because instead of trying to utilize retired old guys, they started using new ones who have potential, unfortunately they reverted back with dx and ecw, but i mean, thats not gonna last.
as soon as the younger guys go from IC to World, itll be awesome again, like wen bret and shawn did it. it was great.
but anyway, taker is almost gone, so i think Foley should start making some appearances on smackdown... why not, itll boost it, plus u guys r forgetting bout guys like benoit who r gonna come back and immediately improve it.

I think that WWE is entertaining and yea there should be alot more wrestling than there is on the shows. Raw is great most weeks the ratings are alot better than last year and the year before. Smackdown yea it does suck and they need to bring some of the Raw guys over, the only thing I watch smackdown for is finlay and his leprachaun (dunno if spelt right). ECW is boring and hopefully they will stop having smackdown and raw guys challenge for the title every week. I dont think that WWE is not going downhill look at the future world champs they got in shelton benjamin, carlito, bobby lashley, CM Punk and Matt Hardy (wishfull Thinking). I think Vince is a genius and people criticise him to much.

Foley? Do people know that Foley DECREASED Ratings when he had a big issue on raw about something rather than increase them....maybe not foley
To many switches in the roster will only cause confusion.A draft would help,but they need to develope the talent they already have.Lashley,Kennedy,Finlay,Batista,these are all great athletes that with the push needed,can carry the Smackdown brand to a better show.Booker T as "King Booker" is a joke and he did not need that type of profile to be "over".

what they need is to put all the shows back together it's so stupid have certian people on one show the other here. they fight the same people over and over again so what if they have a draft pick they do that every other yr. it's so boring.

No they didn't. They just switches some people to ECW and moved Randy Orton and Johnny Nitro to Raw. No official draft like last year.

Well then they need to. And I mean SERIOUSLY shake things up. They could even put all of them in and COMPLETELY re-draft, rather than just taking 5 from each. I think it needs a big change.

It all comes down to Smackdown right now. RAW at the moment is holding fine with strong ratings and a reasonably good show although mondays show sucked but that was because of steph. SMackdown however has had injuries, medical worries and no good storylines. THeyvelacked creative talent and yet to produce a good ppv this year.

(HHH) has been on smackdown lol but i agree they definately need a switch of people otherwise well it might as well give up

I don't think WWE will die, at least not anytime soon. Despite their lack of originality and quality, they are a giant in the business, with few equals in terms of power. That's the reason why it will stay in business. However, I do completely agree that their shows are awful right now (why I switched to TNA), and I really hope TNA will reach more people soon, because they actually know how to put on a good WRESTLING show.

I wouldn't say WWE are falling apart. I would say they are having a "Rough Patch" They have been having one ever since I can remember. Vince doesn't pay any attention to SmackDown what so ever!!! Let's face it SmackDown is S**T! Raw is just turning into a joke. WWE are nutz, but whatever McMahon think's he is doing right, let the Boss do it. He is making a joke out of the WWE!!!

ecw: not great, they need to bring back tag team like 3D or sumthing (1 belt is not enuf + is held by a wwe born and bred wrestler)
smackdown: so poor, bring kane, jeff hardy and if possible lesnar or goldberg here to feud with batista. ratings would higher, tag team is almost dead in wwe. tlc were the most exciting matches, far better with tag teams than singles.
