Is the WWE slowly but surely falling apart?

Has anyone been on the parents section of WWE.com. Here's an interesting extract:

"WWE's two flagship programs, RAW and SmackDown are action/adventure soap operas. The action in these programs is generally performed in a “slapstick” manner, and is scripted and carefully choreographed. Our stunts are carried out in a safe environment and are executed by highly trained professionals"

That's what wrestling has turned into and that's why the WWE is going down the drain.

ok wwe is not going to fall apart, because its a multi-billion dollar corporation and can do whatever they want. tna has some talent but doesnt nearly have enough money or production efficiancy to compete with wwe. smackdown has been in a terrible drought, but once ecw ends i think sd will get their top stars such as bigshow, sabu, rvd, angle and kane(if hes in ecw now). Also, wwe has good young talent like kennedy, orton, shelton, carlito, lashley, and nitro. wwe has 3 different shows that they run while tna has one. so as of now tna is a long way away from being at wwe's status

The popularity of wrestling is waning, enough said.

That may be happening however, WWE is in know way slowing falling apart, they continue to make money at every corner, and even in the bad state of professional wrestling, WWE will continue to grow at either a slow or fast rate, hate them or love them, WWE will not be falling apart anytime soon.

After reading several pages of this I must agree with most of you. WWE has two complaints from my end 1 being there is not enough REAL wrestling like back in the day and 2, they have the same people fudeing for what seems like forever and a day. I also thought of something else while writing this, please beef up the tag division, I used to love it when the tag belts meant something, also it would help if they'd combine the rosters again, I mean the brand's made sense when they had the abundance of talent, but there is no need for that now, bring it back together guys. As far as TNA goes they are definately up and comers they just need better writers, but the matches are awesome, and they need more air time
