That's understandable, but I think that the bar could use a little jump start. Something along the lines of "Everyone's Too Nice Here" would be good. In my opinion the bar has taken a hit since people have stopped giving rep out here. I'm fine with that as long as activity remains up, but I think that some have gone into other sections to seek rep and positive feedback.
